Either A: Gender is biological.

Or B: Gender is a construct, which means that construct contains things we associate with the term.

If it is a construct then you must have things making up that construction. That's why it's called a construction. These would be attributes that we commonly associate with being say... a woman. That's what that argument means. I don't think you understand your own argument.
