The result of the lockdown and social isolation especially has created so much depression it's going to take decades to fix these problems.
The teens and uni students have lost a big chunk out of their lives where they learn social skills and can just be happy and relaxed and free. They are never gonna get this back. In the meantime, they are getting schooled by middle aged covidians who say : "we have gone through the war, this is nothing". First, you know nothing of war. My country has been at peace since the 2 WW.
The youth is not whining. They just want to go back to normal.
Alot of people (here in my country) think that staying in this covid Limbo is going to somehow help us in the long run.

The "solution" that will be pushed is more antidepressants/SSRIs. It will be more destruction of the lives of the young.

Did anyone see the pictures of the Rangers fans celebrating in Glasgow today? It warmed my heart to see people say fuck you to the restrictions.
Warmed mine own more they're Rangers fans. The SNP and their spastic followers are so mad. Nigs tearing down cities in summer got crickets

Are they just mad because they are historically an unionist team?
Exactly. Scotland is a fucking hole with a huge sectarian violence problem, but that odious cunt sturgeon will ever talk of it.

Scotland is a shitty place. Wall them up cut off the money and let them have at it would be the best bet.

A Mexican restaurant in Texas kept its mask rule. People threatened to call ICE on the staff.

Excerpt:
This week, after Texas Gov. Greg Abbott (R) said Tuesday that he would rescind the statewide mask mandate while the vast majority of residents remain unvaccinated, the tough choice to enforce public health guidance fell to business owners, and Picos announced it would continue requiring masks. But, after such a challenging year, the reaction to their decision was disheartening, co-owner Monica Richards said: Several people sent hateful messages through social media and called the restaurant, threatening to report staffers to Immigration and Customs Enforcement.

Another Houston Mexican restaurant, Cantina Barba, received similar intimidating messages, and staff have been bullied by some screaming customers who refused to wear masks while it was required statewide, co-owner Steven O’Sullivan said.

“This has been ongoing through covid,” O’Sullivan said. “We’ve had threats of calling ICE. I had one guy just stand there and berate one of my bartenders and tell her ‘you’re an absolute idiot, you don’t know what you’re doing. If you think these masks are going to save your life, you’re stupid’ blah, blah, blah. Nobody wants to deal with that stuff.”

One employee of Grand Prize Bar in December had to get stitches after he was hit in the head with a glass by a maskless customer he approached, Houston Police said.

Don't get me wrong, I don't want to wear a mask, but these businesses are forced to enforce these stupid mandates. All it would take is one Karen to see me without a mask to report the restaurant/business, you know? I don't fault the businesses; they've suffered enough with this bullshit. And, from the looks of it, most of these workers seem so incredibly over it, too. I really do feel for small businesses everywhere.
In my state, businesses that don't have a COVID plan in place or fail to log information about visitors are subject to $7000 fines and whatever other unpleasantness the Attorney General wishes to inflict.

When clients come to my primary job, they can't believe it when I tell them above after I ask the mandatory COVID screening questions. With most of the client base being shamelessly conservative, they understand I'm only doing it because I can't afford to be sanctioned/fined as a small business manager and we end up poking fun at the state administration over how they've handled COVID over the past year. As it is, I don't even make a big deal about clients wearing masks or not because I wear one as required when they arrive and 99.9% of my client base knows enough to stay home when they're sick and use alternative methods to send me what I need on a timely basis if they're unable or unwilling to do it in person. The only oddity to date was one client who came to the office and literally handed me his paperwork at arm's length the moment I opened the door and then immedially left afterwards because he seemed deathly afraid of COVID for whatever reason. If I knew he was going to do that, I would have told him to mail his stuff in or just drop it through the door's mail slot.
