Didn't Chauvin get charged with a litany of charges? If I recall Rekieta's videos correctly—and though I kind of look down on him as an attorney, he's better than any other commentator due to practicing in Minnesota and actually having done trial work there—it should be entirely possible for the more extreme charges to fail despite being found guilty on some of the lesser ones. I'm not sure how the DNC-MSM complex will take that (or antifa, whom they still think they can control). If he's in prison for five years but not on murder, will they still riot? A scared jury can still think they're abiding the mob by finding him guilty on some charges and not guilty on others.

Man it’s one thing when they’re ooking and yelling at adults, but fuck off with harassing the kids. That kind of shit would get me sent to prison if I was a parent...

Also: “black moms are burying their kids and white moms are taking their kids to cheer competitions” is supposed to be an insult? A hot take? A statement about society? Because it just sounds like you’re pointing out a thing that everyone is aware of: black women are comparatively shit mothers. Maybe if they encouraged their kids to be competitive in sports, competitive in academics, or competitive in life they wouldn’t have to bury so many kids.

Some of the charges already have been dismissed. I can't find a list, but 3rd degree murder was dismissed back in October.

Edit: I THINK the other 8 charges were all upheld. Only the 3rd degree murder was dismissed.

The fact something like that has to be in a legal thing is probably one of the most scathing indictments about the state of things. If anything, I'd imagine George Floyd would be painted as one of the many martyrs who died on the road to a progressive utopia. Then again, we got people making a zone where the Floyd death site is treated like their Golgotha.
