Let's pretend for one moment that he does die before the election, just for the funsies. What happens then? Will the nomination revert to option number 2, aka Bernie Sanders? Or will his running mate automatically replace him just the way Vice-President is supposted to step in after the Big Man in the White House chokes on a piece of matzo? Does he even have a running mate yet?

So it seems Kamala will be the one to deliver the coup de grace to the MAGA menace before handing over the reins to those who’ll guide the country to progressive utopia or put the US in the one world government for good. One of the two.
You're trying too hard. She's the one who'll just institute more tone-deaf establishment-demanded nonsense that pisses everyone off and sell her soul to the highest bidder, like the last half dozen of her kind to hold the office.
They fundamentally do not understand the populist tide to hold it back or snuffing it out, it's just them spinning gears, waiting for one or the other wing to find a message that lets them tap into existing anger at our institutions.

In an 8-1 ruling, the Supreme Court affirmed that a person can ask for nominal damages when his free speech rights are violated even if circumstances have changed since that request. Chief Justice John Roberts was the lone dissenter in this case; Justice Clarence Thomas wrote the majority opinion.
"The Supreme Court has rightly affirmed that government officials should be held accountable for the injuries they cause. When public officials violate constitutional rights, it causes serious harm to the victims. Groups representing diverse ideological viewpoints supported our clients because the threat to our constitutionally protected freedoms doesn't stop with free speech rights or a college campus.

“Officials within our public institutions shouldn't get a free pass for violating constitutional rights on campus or anywhere else. When such officials engage in misconduct but face no consequences, it leaves victims without recourse, undermines the nation's commitment to protecting constitutional rights, and emboldens the government to engage in future violations. We are pleased that the Supreme Court weighed in on the side of justice for those victims."

In Uzuegbunam v. Preczewski, Chike Uzuegbunam was a student who attended Georgia Gwinnett College, a public institution. While a student there, administrators told him he could not distribute religious pamphlets on school grounds, even when he was in a school-designated "free speech zone." As happens often with public institutions, after he and another student filed a lawsuit against the school for violating their free speech rights, the college changed its policy.

There's that centrist/conservative swing vote.
It's a pretty simple issue that should have never made it to SCOTUS, cash a government check become a government agent to a greater or lesser extent.

This is getting past sad and moving into truly scary. The SoD is literally to Biden's left, and vulture Harris is there in black as always to his side. I will never be convinced he legitimately won the election.
The fucking camera cut to show the man standing there. No wonder they can't let Biden do a State of the Union. He'll spend half the time going "you know, the guy" only to walk into a wall as he attempts to leave.

"We need to remind women that they, too, can become fodder in the meat grinder of war."

I mean, I'll believe it when women are required to register into Selective Service.

Really, why the hell are we appointing women to anything in the military when none of them are on the list to get drafted up to get dropped into the land of talking trees or oboe-sounding sand should one of our presidents and Congresses decide to have another Vietnam?

Why would women want that? What the hell kind of sense does it make to put one of the groups of people our soldiers are ostensibly fighting for on military duty?

i mean women in the military can look pretty great don't get me wrong but come on.

American military women are average at best, but the France ones are alright.
