If memory serves though, Yaniv's mortgaged to the hilt. When Papa Yaniv died, the family house was sold for a tidy sum and the money split to pay for the deposits on Jonny and Miriam's seperate units. If they'd been frugal and JY had worked at a real job they'd probably comfortably own or be close to owning their respective units right about now. Instead they're spendthrifts and have piled debt upon debt and could never dream of actually owning the little places they call home.

Do we know anything about the aunts finances?
Could they be milking her?
Could that be the reason for the domestic with MY, JY & the aunt?

So I think he has yet another court hearing today but this is interesting from MM.

He apparently tried to file a new private prosecution and it needs to be reviewed by a judge first. Has he finally be labeled vexatious litigant?

I can't imagine the aunt has much. She moved in with them right around the time Jack died. I think she moved in because she didn't have a lot and housing is very expensive in Vancouver and the surrounding area. They sold the Greenside unit for $500000 about 6-7 years ago. Since mommy gives anything to Johnny boy that he wants I would imagine they are coming to the end of the equity mortgage gravy train. People who have money don't live in Greenside Estates. It is a lovely area, but it's really just a starter home for people either looking to get into the market or people looking to downsize. It's not a place where people with money would live. There is no way that they are wealthy. I guarantee you that they are slowly coming to the end of any equity in both the units and are about to be in big trouble. I'm sure the aunt probably gets a small pension and both Mariam and Johnny would have their hands on it. They would have both had about $250000 in equity in each condo if Mariam had put the down payment from the money she earned at Greenside on both units. There also would have been an increase in value to each unit over the last 5-7 years. So between the 2 of them they would have had about $600000 to blow through. That's a lot of dough and can give the impression that they have a lot of money, but all their doing is providing themselves a one way ticket to homelessness, which I'm all for. The only income they have would be the aunts pension, Mariam's pension (and possibly something from Jack's) and anything the loser can earn grifting.

Are there any public records to find out how many loans they have against the properties?
Also, didn't jonny say in his financials that his mortgage was something like $1700 a month?

I have no idea. The only thing we have for sure is what the loser claims in his financial statements to the courts, and he lies. It makes sense that his mortgage is that high as he's clearly remortgaged to the hilt. He has no equity left which is a good thing. I'm sure the only way he's even paying his bills is with the help of the bank of Mariam. When the grifting family was lying about the fake brain tumour, Mariam was spotted in Greenside asking around about any 3 bedrooms being available for sale (three bedrooms come up very rarely in Greenside) This would have been about 2-3 years ago. I'm assuming at sometime they will all have to live together again which will mean moving as Mariam lives in a 55 plus condo. It just a matter of time before Johnny is out on the street as he will never be able to work again as his reputation proceeds him. Can you imagine being as old as Mariam and having to move again because your son is such a huge loser? It will be interesting to see if they could even get a mortgage as I can't imagine she would have enough money to buy anything outright. At least not anything in this area. Time for them to move far far away. I feel so sorry for the people that have to be around them wherever they end up. Better them than me though :)

Where did you read/find out that Traniv's weapons prohibition was removed? He recently filed to have the term reduced and the crown recommended against the reduction.

Yes, you’re right. The conditions were amended on 14 December to remove the requirement for him to report to a probation officer, but all the other conditions remain in place (see this archive of the relevant MeowMix article).

He made a further application on 20 February for the probation period to be reduced as he says it is affecting his health. Interestingly, in this application he states that there are delays in emergency services attending his home as the address has been flagged as having a weapon present. This application does not appear to have been processed yet.

My tiktok got deleted last week, but I used to be mutuals with Yaniv. If I'm not mistaken, I think his username is @jessica followed by a string of 8 or so random numbers. Not much good lolcow content, just a bunch of incoherent videos. Still, I like being able to say I've interacted with that creep.

That almost makes me think the Locals have had enough and are prepoing to start dropping charges for false filings on him. Remember those Private Prosecutiins are Sworn Documents. There is a point were filing them under false or malicious pretences is itself a crime. That would seem to fall in line with other things, like Emergency Services taking action against his abuses.

JJYS had a hearing today for his criminal assault charges brought by his altercation with Bexte. It was rescheduled to March 30.

I agree with @Fritos, this is shaping up to be a very serious medical threat- looks like it could already be sepsis, and septic shock can follow just hours after that. Pop your popcorn and then throw it out, since it's doubtful you'll be able to hold down food for the upcoming NeoVag Medical Crisis arc

It is a sad state of affairs when the only reason people began to care about the women negatively impacted by stuff like this is because a man became internet famous for demanding a ball waxing. We can all laugh at how absurdly Jonathan Yaniv acts but it is people like him and his enablers who are responsible for horrid shit. As a straight man I never will have to face some troon invading a space meant for female victims of male violence but it is things like that which greatly shifted my view on feminism and the TERF question.
