Phil called the ENT to reschedule his appointment. He told them that she may be off on Wednesdays, and the closest Wednesday they have is two months out.
They offered to put Phil on a waiting list.
Phil can't reschedule the appointment until Kat's schedule stabilizes. It's impossible. It might be WEEKS before they know her schedule and what days they'll have off.
Someone asks why can't Phil just go while she is at work.
He already explained this and he needs the car, stupid. There is literally NO WAY to work around this.
Drive Kat to work? Have her uber or taxi for one day? Why can't she just request a day off? Why did he leave it until now to reschedule when he still doesn't even know if she is going to regularly have Wednesdays off?

Phil says that when she changed hours and position, it may have necessitated that she changed buildings.
Phil said the information that came out a year ago (finally acknowledged) may no longer be accurate. He then banned the guy for trying to pry into his wife's personal business.
But crying about not being able to make it to the ENT because of her job is not personal even though it's all connected information.
