That first picture is practically cheating. Of course when your legs are closed and it’s viewed from the front, it’s easy to pass it off as female genitals because you really just need two lips and a slit in between for it to look more or less convincing.

It says a lot that some of the butchers can’t even achieve that much, but even for the results that look convincing enough from the front, it’s what’s inside that really makes it obvious that it’s a butcher job and not a real vag.

A gyno literally has no idea what to do with an amhole, because it's not a structure or a tissue type they're used to working on. Every single surgeon using a different technique to reconfigure the ol' dick & balls certainly doesn't help, and the poor gyno would have to guess what went where and what type of tissue they're dealing with. Penile skin, scrotal skin, perineum pull-through, colon lining? The configurations are endless!

I‘m glad my posts are worth reading/looking at. I know somebody irl with cracked, dry feet and the moment I saw that neovag, I thought it looked like a foot. Yes, I did go out of my way to find a picture of someone’s minging feet and I’ve never been so ashamed of my search history.
