Speaking of takeovers, when the fuck has Labelle ever engaged in any form of activism on behalf of women? The only time a troon takes an interest in women’s rights is when there’s something in it for them. Even then, they’ll make sure you know that trans women are more special than regular women and you should be paying more attention to them.

I always think this is one of the biggest flaws in the “trans women are women” argument. Troons have no interest in being part of womanhood as a whole. God help you if you exclude them from any women’s activities, but you will never, ever see them in solidarity with cis women.

You'd think that would be the best policy but that deception isn't unique to troons, online dating sites are full of photoshopped old photos in the hopes that once there is a date arranged the other party will be invested enough to not just walk out. Generally it works too as a lot of people are too polite to just get up and walk out when faced with a ham planet or obvious man in a dress after arranging a date.

They then hope their personality will win that second date/horizontal tango, that is where the plan falls down because they all have horrible personalities and no one is fucking on the first date because the other person has a great sense of humour anyway.

The difference is the person using the photoshopped image generally knows the other person will see right through them whereas the troon generally thinks the date not jumping up and running away screaming is them totally passing and tricking them.

The person exists, it’s a trans man named Arvi Tammi (might have got the last name wrong there). But there are no photos from the wedding, there’s no reference to the wedding and the most wonderful day of their life went entirely unremarked. Billy went on tour in Finland, then in short order we got references to a boyfriend, a fiancé and a husband, all at long distance. But since then, it’s become very rare for Billy to refer to his husband, and sometimes he actually contradicts himself.
