Meh. He's disappointing, but most presidents are in their own ways. The main difference is that Joe is probably far enough gone that high ranking advisors are calling most of the shots. Dude is a walking corpse and was a literal empty vessel during the campaign, except when he had to get media cover for his embarrasing gaffes and criminal son.
Spun correctly, you can make it look like any given president is smart and savvy, or a bumblefucking retard. We are just hyper-saturated with partisan media, so we get way more unnecessary information and hot takes than in the past.
That said, most people on both sides would probably agree that Biden has been a disappointment regarding his campaign promises.

I would disagree on this assessment. I remember the media calling Trump’s admin a fuckup the minute he took office. In particular the removal of some bust and Conway’s “alternative facts” line. Or the executive order on limiting immigration from certain countries that got the media all riled up.
Biden looks weak because he certainly presents himself as such and is being voiced through his subordinates, but there is a difference between a weak president and a fuckup president. Carter was a weak president as he failed to enact his policies or they were ineffectual/unpopular. GWB was a fuckup president because his policies were bad at the time they were enacted and have negatively impacted the country for years after he left office to a universal condemnation.

supposedly what happened was that biden got tackled by his own dog and security reacted and pulled the dog off him and in the process one of them got bitten.
