Fanmade Pokémon Designs (Fakemon) - Tracers, garbage designers, and of course, furries

This tweet got a lot of attention lately.

I know this was discussed a few pages ago, but I had no clue they did girly versions of legendaries, too. Now I kiiiind of want to see their takes on turning the male or female only Pokémon into the opposite gender for the lulz. Imagine a dainty Grimmsnarl with flowers all over its hair.

Dont know what it is that gives every fakemon away for me, they can imitate Sugimori's drawing style down to a T, but the designs themselves just feel off, somehow. You can immediately tell which is an official mon and which is not. Wish i could explain why that is
It’s because it lacks the Japanese autism.

charizard tiddies...

Nah, it would be just Mandatee.

But someone did make a male! Hatterene (I think that's what it's called) that looks like an old wizard
I immediately read that as "Mandalee" and now I'm wondering what Leanna Hangen/DSP fakemon would be like.

Anyway, remember a while back I posted a Mystery Dungeon comic where the 'mons use weapons despite having claws etc. and we all laughed at how dumb that was? Well I had to post the most recent page because a fighting type wins against a Raichu with a sword by... punching him.

So, tl;dr, a Pokemon can win a battle against a fucking sword by using their natural abilities? Why even have Raichu bring a sword then? Couldn't he just use his thunder powers? His cheeks were literally glowing in one of the panels! :story:
Shit, we may need to make a thread about the Pokémon Mystery Dungeon community. Maybe there, we can contain all discussion on these comics and the liberal design choices. Sure, there may be some overlap with PurpleKecleon and PMD-E, but I have a gut feeling it could have the potential to be milky.

To be fair, Kantonian Raichu doesn't really have much coverage against Breloom unless you count Hidden Power Ice or Focus Miss.
Then again, a 1-2 combo of Thunder Wave and a reasonably powerful Electric attack probably could've taken it out...

Turns out Pokémon fangames have been prospering lately. Italian fan project Pokémon Xenoverse has some interesting oddities, like Mimikyu clone Masgot, dragon-type Gengar (not sure why it couldn't be duo Dragon/Ghost unless these Gengar are... alive?), and a literal chimera of random Pokemon.
While its lineup seems interesting so far, I have a feeling some of these designs are ripoffs from other Pokemon like "Dielebi" being an obvious Celebi clone, but then there's this:

It looks like they traced over Shuppet's official art for this Pokémon for some reason. Same pose and all.
They also have a video showcasing scrapped or otherwise reworked fakemon for the project.
I have a feeling that this vulture-like Pokémon here was inspired by the Doduo baby from Spaceworld, but it could also be a coincidence.

A shame some of these were cut, as I personally think some of them are better than some of the ones we got.

And because I hate love you all, let's play a little guessing game of...
Featuring two pieces from ComicsFury and a random choice pick from DeviantArt.
