Probably not a surprise but academia over here is basically the same as the rest of the west (shit).
I'm not in Trinity but another uni in Dublin (UCD) and I literally had a lecture called Marxist Geography and a lot of the Archaeology lectures I had were basically about how ancient people all lived in a communist utopia (slight hyperbole but you get the point) and very little to oppose. Also a surprising emphasis on China, probably not as surprising when you hear UCD got funding from a propaganda wing of the Chinese government.
There's also a ton of Chinese students there

Why do they never name the ones who were "involved"? Maybe it's because they were Anglo-Irish and didn't consider themselves to be Irish? They can never find a good example.
You lot hold every single living white person accountable for every atrocity from colonialism like slavery (even if they weren't even involved or the slavers weren't related to them!) and go on about BLM but Irish people who want to hold on to their history and identity while cherishing it are bad and need to "let go of it".

They can never take any criticism or self-reflect. It's only ever conservatives who try to muff free speech and "cancel" others. I mean, surely the communists and socialists states NEVER killed anyone for daring to speak out. Amirite? I know it's an overused quote, but it's relevant to this topic. SJWs have become what they hate. When I think about it, I don't think the people on the other side have learned any lessons either. Human behavior really is cyclical.
