RPGnet Forums

Someone needs to start a "I'm proud to be white' thread in tangecy.
Why, so they can get banned?

I mean, I understand your point, but all they'd get is 'banned for not being a good fit' or 'banned for racism'.

This is the problem with handling radleft idiots nowadays; there is no way to shame them because they don't have that capacity. Even Chris-chan has more capacity for shame and that is a person who literally talked in public about shitting his pants.

Make the left eat it's own by running a false flag operation. All it takes is a protected class accusing them of being oppressive in their moderation.

It kind of happened with that autist was asking for more clarification from the mod team, a while back; but that went nowhere.

What just happened with GaoGaiGar? I remember them being reasonably based back in the day.
Not sure. I'm going to hazard a guess here: someone's friend or significant other died, and they're trying to determine what to do with their collection of whatever (books, 40k figs, whodafuckknows).

Honestly, I need more context. The thread might've been 'what do I do with this crap', or it might've been a more generalized mourning thread and GaoGaiGar stuck his oar in when he shouldn't have. So I really can't say one way or the other.

That being said, knowing the colossal imbecility of RPGnet, I would not be surprised if they were overreacting. Again.

(Fun fact: GaoGaiGar got slapped with a 2 week ban for group attacks several years back by Rand Brittain. Rand would later go on to get banhammered by staff for the high crime of asking exactly what the fuck RPGnet staff had been doing while Matt McFarland and his wife were running around being creepazoids.)

You know, I really wonder if these faggots go to conventions. If I was that much of a cocksucking asshole I'd avoid them, unless I could go incognito.

The very high comorbidity between being terminally Woke and being an Extremely Online turbofaggot suggests that they don't have time for that with all the important NPC.net posting and twatting and dickswording they have to do. It doesn't leave much time for actually playing RPGs either.

Yup. Mod edited their post.

Also, a rare sighting of a rat jumping back onto a sinking ship. Permabanned for this post way back in 2014.

This should be good.

I don't think anyone would admit being an rpgnet mod in public. Someone would beat the fuck out of them.
You'd have to be pretty shameless to admit to moderating a forum as if it's some kind of major accomplishment, or a part of your lifestyle or whatever. The only thing that might be as embarrassing as bragging about being an unpaid forum moderator is bragging about being a "freelance journalist."

Who was perms banned for what post? Your caps give literally no information as to the personalities involved. Please elaborate.

In other news, everything is still racist.

Shadowrun never did know what to do with orcs. Should have stuck with classism as one of the main themes because that fits better in the cyberpunk genre.

Funny you should mention that.

Remember, the enemies of the anti-racist crusade aren't racists, it's the people who are aren't anti-racist enough.
Being too anti-racist is itself racist, though, according to their own metrics (which they have banned people for). At this point, it's a perfect Kafka game. There is absolutely no way for anyone to win, other than having the personal favor of whoever currently happens to wield the most immediately actionable power - and that is an incredibly unhealthy way for human beings to live.

The opposite of racism isn't being racist against white people, it's just not being racist at all.
