Apparently it's "up for interpretation" but it might be implying she got a breast reduction. It's kind of funny that I've been in these circles so long that I immediately jump to "chest scars = troon" when regular women getting reductions is more common IRL, lol.

Well that makes sense to me! But it looks like the doctor ripped them out then neatly removed them, must have been one painful recovery for the poor girl.

"Troon" is usually what scars like that signify on SJW nowadays. Women who get breast reductions don't normally aim for "large scars and flat chest" as the ideal surgery outcome.
