I've seen this argument before and I fucking hate it. Nice dig against Alabama too.
I'm gonna use track & field (or the "running" potion to be more specific) as my frame of reference here, as it's both my favorite sport and has the least ambiguous set of rules.
It's hard to argue that black people
don't have a genetic advantage in this particular sport -- in specific, those of West African descent in sprints and those of East African descent in distance. The thing is, such an advantage is not
insurmountable.
Look at the 2018 Boston Marathon. Some of the best black runners on Earth, including the former World Champion, mercilessly cucked by Yuki Kawauchi, a small Japanese man. In the meantime, a white woman won the women's race. Look at that Norwegian kid Jakob Ingebrigtsen who routinely crushes all the black competitors in the 1500/3000. The best miler who ever lived is Hicham el Guerrouj. He's African but not black -- he looks like fucking Ray Romano. Emma Coburn looks like some girl I'd see at Starbucks but crushed all the Kenyans and Ethiopians to become World steeplechase champion. I can think of a million more examples. Point being, while the black athletes are often favored to win, they don't always. They lose frequently. You'll see a similar pattern in baseball, soccer, football, etc.
In contrast, men competing as women would have an insurmountable advantage: a decently fit male would
always win.
Here are the top female 800 meter runners of all time. Note that the world record is so strong it's 38 fucking years old.

In contrast, here's a recent boys high school state meet, same event:
Note that the fastest woman ever would only finish
eighth in this boys high school meet. That's assuming she could replicate her world record performance on any given day, which is of course dubious in the first place.
"Being male" is simply a massive advantage in terms of musculature, height, bone structure, and so forth. This is why sports are segregated and must continue to be segregated. There are no drugs that can transform a man into a women, though this is apparently moot or at least largely irrelevant in an era where anyone can become "female" based solely on feelings.
So far, most of these "trans athletes" aren't especially athletic and are generally joining niche sports. Like that weird cycling professor guy, the name escapes me. We've only seen ripples, not waves. But just wait until some random collegiate 4:05 miler dude decides he's female and instantly becomes the "fastest woman" to ever live.
I'd like to think that some of these "sports equality" advocates are just retarded and don't understand sports at all. Others mistakenly believe that a man can be drugged into a women. But most are just the typical psychos trying to intrude into sacred females spaces whilst waving the banners of Justice and Equality. You hate to see it.
