Some extra context behind that other than that it's a team relatively close to the recent attacks, it's probably something they did because their manager (Dave Roberts) made a statement about anti-Asian violence recently. He's half Asian (Japanese) on his mom's side and half black on his dad's (a former marine who knocked her up in Okinawa when he was there) side. I'm actually surprised that they didn't even mention him in that post (unless I'm extremely blind) especially as he's considered to be the first Asian manager to ever lead a team to a World Series title, and the first African-American one in over a quarter of a century to do so.

What really annoys me is that nobody ever asks about how these men got that way and how to prevent the cycle. No sane man rapes or stalks somebody. Usually there's something VERY wrong with them in the head. That's what needs to be tackled.
