It’s a massive security risk to have multiple people in the line of succession together more than is absolutely necessary for reasons that should be obvious. It kind of just reinforces the understanding that Biden is in no way shape or form in control. Not only that, but so not in control that they feel the need to keep the direct successor in shouting distance whenever possible.

A few years ago I mentioned I was thinking of getting a German Shepherd. He recommended against it. Apparently its a genetic thing where either their brain continues to grow after their cranium has stopped, or their cranium continues to grow after their brain has stopped. Still not a deal breaker, but it can randomly cause some fucked up behaviour.

It's been pretty much non stop fuck ups since day one, like holy shit. It's been said before, but most here expected him to only really act dumb after he was in a few months. He's been in a full month and some change and all this has happened.

Still not a deal breaker, but it can randomly cause some fucked up behaviour.

The pure bred AKC show lines here in the States have been kind of fucked with all the inbreeding and deviations for the original standard, but the working lines here and abroad are still fine animals. They are not neurotic, and they don't have weird genetic brain bullshit going on. That is all weirdly untrue shit.

What they are is; intelligent, willful and driven. You need these qualities for a dog that can herd flocks of sheep all day by themselves, and they are good at it. These qualities make them a challenge to keep as companion dogs, because they need a lot of activity and stimulation to be satisfied, and a firm owner with authority to keep them in line. Otherwise you're dealing with essentially a restless 3-year old equipped with 70+ pounds of muscle and fangs.

I would not recommend a german shepherd to casual or first time dog owners. Get a sleepy and easy going mutt (not a pit-anything) and be chill.

Can confirm on my end. I rarely see boomers caring about WuFlu beyond thinking it is either a hoax/overexaggerated. Even younger generations seem to be impartial to it.

I suspect it may be due to inbreeding. A lot of German Shpereds today have a lot of problems due to it. Crossbreed German Sheperds may have less issues.

I'm sitting here with my border collie and blue heeler both crashed on my lap atm. Agreed they need work and a lot of engagement, and german shepherds would be no different, but I wouldn't be surprised if that vet was right, talking about the genetic aspect of wrongly bred, and likely mostly American, german shepherds.

Any dog is going to become neurotic, though, if it is prevented from doing what it is intended to do.
