I kinda doubt there's much to be found through KAP because of patient/enabler confidentiality. If his shrink were convinced he posed a real danger to others he would be allowed to break it though, no?
This is true to a certain degree; it depends on state laws regarding the terms of when it's appropriate to break patient confidentiality. However, general rule of thumb is that unless the therapist is given a court order, given permission by their patient, or their patient is pre-meditating murder/child abuse with no degree of uncertainty that someone is in eminent danger, they usually keep quiet about whatever's going on to protect both their business and licenses. Given that it's an animal and not a child in danger, there's not much a licensed therapist will be willing to do until they're faced with a court order to cough up a testimony.
In that case, the therapist is required to break confidentiality without letting the patient know.

A lot of therapists just tell you what you want to hear. They'll be your friend for cash. Since a lot of people like Toggle will just drop a therapist if they don't agree with their fucked up lifestyle. So its bad business practice to tell these freaks the truth. It's unethical as shit though but its common place.

Agreed; this therapy is the most useful for people with the "no-contact" mindset, and for people who want to stop what they're doing or want to get rid of the urges. For repeat offenders like Charles (sorry, "practicing zoophiles"), prison would be a good slap across the face for him to stop fucking dogs and to get him on the radar of officials and animal shelters/vets, coupled with intensive therapy to try and press it into his goddamn skull that what he was doing is immoral and hurt animals to make sure he doesn't try and do it again. Slim chance, but the best one he has to try and be a human person with a moral compass again.

Therapy is a tool. You get out what you put in, and something tells me Toggle isn't putting in any effort to challenge his desire to rape animals.

He's probably not even gonna get arrested unless the cops dig though his electronics and find CP or something, and even that won't get him sent to a maximum security prison. Correct me if I'm wrong, but if he does see prison time, the best case scenario is he gets a year or two for sex with an animal (a class E felony in Tennessee) and a fine for cruelty to animals.
