I'm going to be that guy a moment and add an old Albert Schweitzer quote here:
"Think occasionally of the suffering of which you spare yourself the sight."
On one hand, it's really easy to make fun of the Troons, and hilarious when many of them get what they deserve. This is because many of them do not just believe shit that's patently ridiculous, but by act like complete assholes to other people, and for no other reason than because they feel they need to. That makes their failures especially satisfying to watch happen, especially when you remember that their community includes abusive psychopaths like Greta and Laurelai, Pedophiles like Richard Jones and Sophie Labelle, and misogynistic pieces of shit like Rhys McKinnon and Zinnia Jones.
Why wouldn't we laugh when say, ADF chops his own dick off to spite the Farms?
But let us harbor a momentary point of human decency to remember that a great many people who wind up inducted into this cult of personality do so because they've been lied to, intentionally misled, and abused, and essentially pigeonholed into a no-win scenario with virtually the same methodologies used by religious cults, and more than anything else, these groups fear their own getting wise enough to wake up and leave the proverbial plantation. A number of the ones who don't undergo surgeries can, conceivably, get out of the cult at a later date, and whether they are actually transgendered or not, they'll be healthier for getting the fuck away from these degenerates.
All of that is why these groups push so hard to enable hormone therapy and SRS as soon as humanly possible, and with no oversight - so as to "lock in" the status of the subject as a member of the cult and to make it so that if they ever leave, for any reason, they're effectively alone. That prospect is what keeps the entire machine humming along, because it doesn't care about the people involved and whether they are or aren't transgendered - it's all a power trip for those at the top.
Virtually every surgeon in the US has at least one malpractice lawsuit leveraged at them, to the point where by retirement, 99% of all surgery specializations see at least one lawsuit by retirement. Around 70% will, by that time, have lost at least one case. By comparison, Rumer has had at least 4 that I've been able to suss out since 2016, all of which went to arbitration. There are very cleaarly more that never got as far as a courtroom.
In this climate of cults of personality centered around being transgendered, people like Katherine Rumer are making out like fucking bandits enabling this shit, and even if her practice was to outright fail out of malice, who could conceivably hold it accountable? Certainly not the people she's wronged, or even the likes of the Farms. It's something to consider.
