Chins trying to cram her fat, balding head into that hat reminded me of the film Riding the Bus with My Sister. It's an adaptation of the memoir of the same name. In the film Rosie O'Donnell played Beth, who is mentally handicapped. Chinny manages to be fatter and look even more special than Rosie did.

This is excellent. You included some very important features that make it unmistakable that this is Clotso:
- Her huge balding patch
- The ugly tattoo
- The redness in her face that's highlighted by how pale the rest of her massive body is

And using a better version of her intro in the back is *chef's kiss*.
