You could give him $200 one day, and the next day he has forgotten all about it, doing his begging routine just the same as if you gave him $1. It really doesn't make a single difference to him.
Supporting DSP with substantial amounts of money is like being a used condom: you get thrown away and forgotten about instantly after use.

So DSP is now promising to wear the jeans if "we" triple the tips goal (sidebar: why does he insist on using 'tips goal' as a unit of measure? He has such a weird vocabulary when it comes to money: 'funds', 'contributions', and my favorite 'positive benefit').
I'm not sure what happened but the jeans came up during the last Acks the King and Phil tried to force the jeans as the new vest meme. The day after (march 5th) he said that he would "bring them out" if "we" hit $300. Well they did and Phil literally did just that. He didn't put them on, he just held them up for the camera and then draped them over his chair. The paypigs were not enthused since they foolishly thought they could make Phil humiliate himself by throwing money at him. Phil hasn't hit $300 since then. Now all of a sudden he's willing to wear the jeans. See paypigs? You can make Phil do what you want if you DON'T give him money. If you give Phil money thinking you can control him you're no smarter than the terminally autistic OIC.
