Agree. She's going to be that skinny skanky lady who hangs out at local bars hitting on younger guys in another decade.

I would bet she maybe had some trace arsenic finding and a high Li finding at some point. Legit high Li would most likely not happen through supplements. They contain trace amounts. Now my purely hypothetical guess with the Li is that she took some actual Li pills from someone thinking they were some sort of "fun" med. Her low weight and almost certainly constant state of dehydration would have made that Li dose spike a pretty high level. Lithium longer term can also cause issues with fluid balance and even cause diabetes insipidus.

I think most interesting though is that she never shows any paperwork showing a finding of Li or As in her blood. I have a theory that someone at some point said that her symptoms potentially sounded like heavy metal poisoning (or that Kylie even tossed that out there) and that her mother jumped at the possibility that her daughter did have something wrong with her aside from her obvious ed and personality disorder dx. Her mother then pays to test the copious not-food supplements her ED daughter has been consuming. They may have even had some traces of stuff in them, but that's not her problem. If she had truly high levels of As found in her blood ("poisoned by mommy levels"), her mother would not have had to pay for testing. It would be a potentially public hazard and FDA or EPA or police would be notified depending on what they believe the source to be. Doctors don't find a level of As outside the bounds expected and do nothing to address it. At most, she showed trace levels of something--or in the case of Li they decided it was through intentional or unintentional misuse. Fun fact, we all consume somewhere in the range of 5-25 mcg of As per day. So actually, I posit that she either never had truly abnormal levels of either, or that she showed some abnormal Li level and a trace As level through taking a pill that wasn't what she thought it was. Who was the Matt she referred to her mother blaming the poisoning on when talking to her mom's friend? Her boyfriend in FL?

As always, KFS is the true hero.

Oh bless. I had totally forgotten to go back and look for who the elusive Matt was and this is way more than i could have ever found on my own. Do you know why she left? Was he putting his foot down on her about her medical bullshit? I just assumed she went down there alone, blew her savings, and got dragged home when Sandy wouldn't cough up money to finance her forever vacation/starving herself to death.

According to my thorough 2 minutes of google, it looks like that arsenic level is possible to achieve just by drinking a ton of contaminated well water.

That lithium level looks biologically impossible. Unless I'm missing a decimal in there, it looks like it says she has 141 ug/L of lithium in her system. I converted that to mEq (I truly, truly have no idea what I'm doing here, I just used this calculator because everywhere i looked gave reference ranges in mEq) and it gave me a value of over 20 mEq/L. Everywhere I look said above 2.0 is toxicity, above 3,0 is a medical emergency, and above 5,0 is "death awaits." So that must be the crazy value the doc sent around to toxicology people trying to get an answer for because she hadn't seen anything like it before.

The only thing I can work out is she got her hands on lithium capsules somehow (whether they were prescribed to her or someone else) and contaminated all the samples with them. I guess it's possible someone left her alone with her blood samples long enough to dump some capsules in because she wanted to make sure it would show something? And was just too dumb to realize it would elevate the level to ridiculous, incompatible-with-life levels.

I don't think the lithium was actually in her blood while it was inside of her body. Everything I'm seeing said she'd absolutely be dead with levels that high. This wasn't a rapid ER test but a private service her mom was paying for, mailing in, and then waiting on results. If you look at the top right corner it took over a week between when she got her blood draw and when she got the results. No mention of having to be in the ER getting treated for a massive lithium overdose and you know she would have milked it for every dialysis selfie.

Kiley's dying dad didn't want his daughters (I don't know how many) blowing their inheritance quickly, so he set up a Trust fund with the daughters as Beneficiaries. He made their mother, Sandy, the Trustee (administrator). Totally normal and logical so far.

I don't believe for a hot minute that Sandy and a bank conspired to set up a Trust account with Sandy as BOTH Trustee and Sole Beneficiary and poor Kylie left out of her own Trust.

Sandy is now legally responsible for administrating the Trust according to the Trust's written legal terms. Unless she resigns as Trustee, Sandy has no choice but to follow the terms of the Trust or she could go to prison for stealing the money or whatever Kylie is trying to imply.

Upon Dad's death, Sandy liquidated dead Dad's assets (house, car, whatever) to place into Trust-held investments, as REQUIRED by the Trust. That's how Trusts and dead people's assets work, not some terrible conspiracy against Kylie.

Now Sandy doles out money to the Beneficiary daughters according to the Trust terms, most likely a RESPONSIBLE amount as a percentage of the Trusts assets, reflecting the Trust's projected investment earnings AND maintaining the principal of the Trust to protect future earnings.

Legally, this must be done according to the Trust's terms, so Sandy isn't just pulling this out of her poisoner ass.

The Trustee/Sandy probably also pays major NECESSARY medical or emergency expenses for Kylie, but must deduct that from Kylie's portion of the Trust's disbursements to be fair to the other beneficiaries/sisters. This is what Kylie is referring to as "penalize me". The Trust probably doesn't pay out unnecessary or non-emergency bills Kylie runs up with her munching and that's why Kylie's complaining that her credit score is shitty and she has unpaid bills.

I don't know the terms of this Trust, but here's a common example:
A $500,000 Trust fund with two Beneficiaries might disburse 3.5% annually, making $730/mo to the Beneficiaries (not accounting for any taxes or expenses the Trust must pay).

Math: 500,000 x 0.035 = 17,500 per year to disburse.
Divide by 2 Beneficiaries = 8,750 per daughter.
Divide by 12 months of the year = $729.17 per month sent to Kylie's PO Box.
If Kylie runs up 5,000 in necessary medical bills, she might get that taken out of her 17,500 annual disbursement if that's what the written Trust says to do. It's not a "penalty".

She had ample opportunities to get her life together in Florida, but she was too preoccupied with getting injured all the time and being sick for attention to appreciate everything she had. She claims to have had a 3rd degree burn but the photos, at best, show light blistering, and she would have needed a surgical consult, at minimum, for a 3rd degree burn on a hand. That same month, she basically swan dived over a structure at a park. I think Kiley was mixing her meds and caused that, but because she's a Munch, she genuinely doesn't believe she did that herself. She had tiny scratches, nothing that would add up with a major fall.

Kiley was also run out of the church she went to in Florida due to her nazi "service dog" showing aggression on several occasions and for her refusal to be in peer groups that were in her actual age range. She wanted to be in older groups with Matt because she thinks she's too smart and the church told Matt not to bring her anymore. Can't remember the name, harbor something.

I can’t muster up sympathy for a dude allowing himself to be fleeced by a girl likely young enough to be his daughter.

Matt is a hero in this story in my opinion. Sandy really was sick of Kiley. Matt was a good Christian man (weird Midwestern thing) who was used to seeing his daughter's friends fuck up their lives. A lot of the almost pretty big fishes end up overdosing. Matt believed he could save Kiley. This is just the part of the story I know the most about.

Matt is about 50 and Kiley is over 30. "Amber Marie" on facebook is Matt's daughter, real name Mariah Reznick.

One thing that bothers me is that it actually seemed like Kiley was happy with Matt in Florida. She had a couple secret accounts. I know Matt was calling kiley his fiance to church and work friends, but it might have been a housing or insurance thing.

Another thing is the neighbors in Florida hated Matt more than Kiley. The land lord and kiley are facebook friends on one of her secret accounts. The land lord is not friends with either of Matt's known accounts.

If the land lord hated Kiley and her dog because obvious reasons, did Matt do something too, or is kiley that manipulative to refriend the land lord later to frame Matt for poisoning?

She posted a mommy rant and got a Facebook ban. I'd sell half a kidney to have seen it before it got pulled. Someone said she named law enforcement agencies Sandy and Sandy's friend contacted about the poisoning and specific names. It was a big fucking list.

Sandy was a director of a bunch of hospital labs in her career. The way Kiley describes constant oversight, I see Sandy watching the whole thing for errors. Not to discount what you are saying, I just don't know the laboratory processes well enough. If Sandy's daughter was legitimately dying level sick as Sandy claimed, I cannot see her leaving kiley's side, especially given her field of expertise being laboratories.

In her group before it went defunct, kiley said Sandy was making her get the heavy metal tests weekly and they were getting worse. If they're unreliable, what was the point? If they were getting worse, why didn't Sandy just actually admit kiley to hospital?

I think Sandy did what she thought were the right things, but she was tired and did not want her daughter back. Sandy had resentment at Matt for sending her daughter back in more burdensome shape, despite his best efforts. I cannot figure out how else kiley would have gotten sick in Florida if she wasn't poisoning herself because it looks like she got sick almost too fast for an ED. What are better tests for arsenic and lithium? It bugs me that this thing is based on such a weird lab. I believe Sandy took her to those blood draws because there were pages of results. I think Sandy needed a new job and didn't want kiley to become it, but that happened.

Mom didn't want to believe her daughter was doing this on purpose and all the law enforcement and outside testing was her trying to figure out what the hell was going on. Daughter didn't want to admit she was just starving herself so she contaminated the foods her mother was going to test. Mom's reward for giving her the benefit of the doubt was to get tagged an attempted murderer by her daughter.

Yeah I know her mom enabled her but so did the families of most of the people we discuss and they all just ended up as failures to launch bringing their dogs to Disney.

If you haven't already taken a glance, there's a thread here on Ashley Isaacs who is similar in a lot of ways. She starved herself down to ~40 lbs and has been hovering there for years as her body shuts down. Obvious personality disorder. Until maybe a year ago when she was put in an assisted care facility she still lived with her mother who got blamed for everything and was accused of refusing to provide Ashley with food and other necessities. The big difference being Ashley doesn't deny that she has an eating disorder, she just claims her mom has one too and used to compete with her to lose weight.

She also said her doctor was completely shocked by the results, had never seen anything like it, and sent it around to others in toxicology trying to figure out how it was possible she was testing so high (although she was hinting it was the arsenic, not the lithium, that was off the charts). I really don't think she was poisoning herself at all, just contaminating anything that was being tested.

I came across this YouTube channel called "Being Dusty Mae" which has some pretty stronk munchie vibes. The mom vlogs about the family's struggles with an allegedly severely disabled child suffering from a large list of conditions (see below).

Edit: a friend who lurks here just said that they've been following Dusty Mae and it's definitely a case of MBP. They tell me the kid had a feeding tube presumably for failure to thrive and by toddler age was healthy, walking around and hitting appropriate milestones. Mom was only claiming they both had hEDS. Friend stopped following her for a while and when they checked in a year and a half or so later found the kid was now in a full support power chair with therapy tray, now claiming both she and the kid had vEDS and suspected she also had kEDS (not possible), and had added a host of other diagnoses. She's apparently dialed back that one now and is just saying hEDS again? I don't know, I haven't had time to look into it this week. Here's a video showing Dusty acted normal as a toddler.

Also points out that while mom claims she needs this super supportive chair Dusty is perfectly capable of unsupported sitting. They're familiar with childhood disabilities like this and going to see if there's anything else to share with the class. They suspect the kid is being drugged.

I have read this entire thread these last few weeks, and I have to say - KFS you are a legend!

Kiley is fascinating. I just wanted to ask KFS do you have another post coming up where she begins posting claiming she has been poisoned? Does she ever explain the full story in detail? I would love to hear Sandy’s side of this story!
