Nick was never healthy. Nick gorged himself on fruits and vegetables when he was skinny and ate nothing but that. One of his old videos has him eating 6 whole avocados for dinner. Like 1 avocado should be enough to fill up a normal human being or at least mostly fill up. Once he stopped being vegan he didn't change his binge eating habits.
