Lol, easy there tough guy. Go sulk in your basement or something.

On one hand, I genuinely feel bad for him because he clearly had no idea what world he was stepping into. On the other, he should’ve avoided this Internet drama and not bother getting into arguments with these fools. And for fuck sake, he’s married. He should’ve spent more time with his wife than dealing with these idiots.

On the bright side, at least we now know he wasn’t a scammer: just some guy with little experience. Ok
The issue is that shinobi trys to play victim and lie instead of owning up to his shit(he does after being called out). Lemme provide you an example.

After KMP Events(One of the cons so called sponsors) was contacted over the con, Shinobi made a statement claiming that many people FLOODED his associates or sponsors claiming that people are spreading misinformation and was quickly debunked.

Here are the recordings of the people calling up the sponsors in chronological order. Also just a quick note, Shinobi claims that his associates got a called regarding the con being fake but he does not prove anything regarding that statement.

While Shinobi jumped the gun, KMP Events was willing to be on his con until shinobi wanted to get his lawyers involved and wanted to distance himself.

One thing I do want to point out is that shinobi completely lied about having Arcade Monsters as a sponsor and this time it wasn't a mistake. He claims that the company was sponsoring the con to then dropping out but the company claims that they didn't even sponsor or even know about this con in the first place.

Nobody accused the guy of being the sharpest tool in the shed. Just seems like he really doesn't know what he's doing and it devolved into a grudge and sperging out at each other on twitter. If he's on the up and up about the con hopefully in the future he learns to hire someone with more exp.to handle the promotion and don't get into sperging matches

Every time something like this comes out it's always a friend told me, how about a victim comes out by name and can prove it actually happened.
Everyone's friend always seem to be ok with all these "terrible" things that happen to them until years later. How about one of these "victims" actually do something off of twitter, you know, like actually report it to police if what they did was so horrible?

Emmett Plant released a warning on Twitter to anyone thinking about contacting that convention he isn't invited to. He said that if you tell them that he lied in his affidavit, you are committing a crime and he will end up owning your house after he sues you for defamation.

The Wolf Lawyer said that's not a crime, that he is a public figure and they got their information from a lawyer on YouTube. Kathryn Tewson also doesn't agree. She said that his intent to, "burn down everything I have for a chance to catch them in the flames," sounds a lot like a strategic lawsuit against public participation.

Emmett likes his chances, although not against Nick even though he knows Nick is lying. He wonders why Nick hasn't reported him to the police if he believes that he lied under oath. The Wolf Lawyer tells him that he's the only one who cares.

You can't afford to file a lawsuit Emmshit. And nobody would donate to a GFM if you started one lol.

Again, perjure plant says he doesn't care but continues to be the most butthurt about it. He is so hurt that he wasn't invited and is he wanting to sue for damages and defamation? So he's ok with taking people's 1st amendment away and only allows it if he likes it, the "man" is all about having control like another little manlet. Can't sue for defamation if it's true and can't sue for damages if no one wanted you to begin with. Got to love how the thread devolves into a circle jerk about how wrong Nick is.

"burn down everything I have for a chance to catch them in the flames,"
If that's not a way to describe the left, I don't know what is.
I love it. The TCPA via Chupp found Ron hadn't committed defamation or TI, and now Emile Plum gets to taste the Chuppening. This is almost as cathartic as MoRon getting Chupped and learning that they have to pay the majority of their $282,000 bill.
I thought the Chuppening made things worse for Vic, and the bill shit was just a small victory to make it so KV didn't make it through completely unscathed.

The Chuppening hurt Vic and, inversely, helped the defendants.

Seeing the Chuppening hurt the defendants is what makes it funny.

You know what pisses me off? Vic was at STLV in 2019 and I didn't see Plant saying anything then. I'm sure some people were bitching on Twitter but not like this. The "evidence" was there in 2019. Nothing's changed.
Emmett didn't go to STLV, he doesn't attend Creation events. Vic wasn't a guest of the convention in 2019. No one was expecting him, he just attended as anyone can. Vic wasn't there for the whole event either.

Edited for clarity.

The hypocrisy from these ppl never ceases to amaze me. It's not a crime for them to do it and they make fun of Vic for taking them to court for it,but if it's done to them it's perfectly OK and they will win. He must be shook about it to try and scare ppl from doing it

Then he should just show up as a normal person again.

Emmett really has a habit of saying he's done but then turning around and sperging about it all over again.

He's also going beyond Twitter and posting about it on fourms like Bounding into Comics, etc.

Threatening a lawsuit right now screams that weak dick, high school level energy where people think they're bigger deals than they are. Also, he's a public figure, good luck not getting countersued by people who will wreck you for wasting their time and money in the court system.

Well, looks like Vic has found the new calling in his career. And he still has Edward Elric as his legacy.
I remember in his rant against Funimation "people" like Leah Clark, Jamie Marchi and Alex Moore for overcharging autograph signatures and trying to pose as online teachers to get vaccinated that Nick stated on how voice actors make no money and that even people who work at Wal-Mart and are on minimum wages make more cash. If that's the case, then acting in movies, even short films, is definitively a far more financially rewarding experience than dubbing some Japanese cartoon no one has heard of.

Then he should just show up as a normal person again.
Which he can if he chooses to! But if he tries to run events, host gatherings, or do any autograph sessions after the convention cancelled him, there is a good chance he can be arrested and escorted off the property.

In 2019 when he attended, he might have been able to somewhat do those things as a normal attendee, as many public figures do. Big name cosplayers for example. But as a cancelled/uninvited guest, he does face the risk of backlash, as it can be interpreted by some people that he invited himself as a guest anyways.

I've attended/worked almost every Creation Trek con in Vegas (STLV) since its inception in 2002. It's held at the ridiculously huge Rio along with half a dozen other unrelated events that coincide throughout the property. One year, we planned an STC gathering and were asked to do it after hours so as not to compete with licensed Trek events. We complied out of respect, but did not have to.

I have no idea if this is his plan, or even if he is planning to attend STLV as an attendee this year as we haven't discussed it but, if Vic (or anyone) were to hold an unrelated gathering, it would be ignored completely. It could also be held at The Gold Coast casino, which is where many attendees stay since it's in easy walking distance.
