Going to disagree with Nick about Dee and company motivations for Mr. whoisit's harassment of them. I think they were hoping to leverage it as clout later when they became even more irrelevant later on. Not because it would hurt their cause or anything like that just pure personal gain down the road.

Probably.
They were using each other, so it makes sense that they we were keeping dirt on each other to use as ammunition.
How can anyone trust these people when they can't trust each other?

Not just you. Nick is about to kill Chair-Kun out of frustration. When I was looking at it I was floored with the similarities it had to Vic's case.

EDIT: It's probably the liquor talking, but if the 2DCOA rules against Vic, Nick is going to manhandle Ty into waving him in pro hac vice so Nick can file his amicus brief again. Also to yell at Ty to file a motion for reconsideration in light of recent rulings.
