It's pretty much the theme of every single "reality" TV show that tries to turn around a small business like Kitchen Nightmares, Bar Rescue, et cetera.They prefer to "win" than to be corrected, isnt that both pathetic and frightening? You want people to die so you can "win" instead of hope you are wrong and for things to be fine.
People would rather fail their way then succeed someone else's way.
I can't tell you the number of people I've encountered both live and on the internet that would rather have 100% of $500K than 20% of $10M, as an analogy. They need total control and to be the smartest person in the room, even if they sabotage their own success in the process.
And yet even with the down ward trend, people will still wear the freaking muzzles in the car.
