Oh yea fun fact: To shave an alpaca you should have at least three strong people and ropes.
Alpaca is a type of animal that just won't cooperate so it is a normal procedure to tie them to the ground and hold while one of three people shaves.
While that happens person in the front may receive a constant barrage of acid-filled spit from stressed animal almost for the whole duration of the procedure.

Much more enjoyable video of Alpaca shaving

When has stoners ever contributed a net positive to the community anyway? Sure, pot is harmless, but to hear a friend describe it, pot also makes you drift through life aimlessly.
I don’t think CO voters at the time realized the degeneracy that would be attracted by this move. Weed was essentially legal already in a cultural sense (police would MAYBE write a ticket for possession at worst) and it was more of a formality than anything— do what you want and let others do the same, might as well get the tax money though.

Losers and trust fund babies from elsewhere only saw the “legal weed” part of this and decided to either be homeless, or buy up all of the real estate and jack up prices, in Denver. Once a pretty nice city, now looks closer to skid row in many areas. Many other towns in the surrounding area have gone the same way.

One thing you need to know about Alpacas, is those fuckers like the snow.
As in refuse to go under any cover, and like to sleep outside as the snow drifts pile up on them.
So unless they were shorn (and I ain't clicking the link to find out), they were just alpacas, alpaca-ing.
Not to say that neglect doesn't happen at the tranch, but slamming them for having a cold-climate animal OF ALL THE HORRORS in the snow is as exceptional as the tranchers themselves.

Fucking city people.
They were shorn in the late autumn, you can look it up in the Kevryn thread.

Just because they can survive in winter and come from a cold environment doesn't mean you don't have to winterize for them. Do you think the Tranch has adequate water or the ability for them to seek shelter if they want too? Unlikely, given they barely have those amenities for themselves in functional order. What you're saying isn't always applicable either and in order to keep your herd healthy and comfortable you should have the ability to provide them with shelter even if they're out in the elements.

If you know there's a blizzard comping or really poor weather you should put them inside. Not because they can't handle the cold but because it makes it harder for the humans who're looking after them to get too them and directly care for them in bad weather which leaves them open to predation or injury.

The Shadow Over Troonsmouth

God, this Ranch, holy shit. I wonder if it'll go Waco, or Jonestown
I am going to go with them all discovering how hard farming actually is and quitting. Either giving up properly or just no longer giving a shit about the animals and the local sheriff shutting down the operation because they could not be arsed to feed the creatures.

I'm not validating them, but perhaps on some level these troons truly believe they have a Hot Right Wing Militia In Your Area >Click Here<. Inb4 troons are especially mentally ill, delusions and paranoia come with that. It could be the semi-delusion they have about their gendurr identities, i.e. "I'm a real woman!!" but lowkey still knowing that's not true and getting narc injury when forced to acknowledge it.

I think also within the pronoun twitter hugbox there's a disproportionate amount of scaremongering that We Are Fucking Under Attack and making people believe obviously fake shit like a 1 in 12 murder rate, and I suppose overstating the presence of right-wing militias. (Though aren't trannies statistically one of the safest demographics? I can't find exactly where I saw this rn)

The left also seems to have a hateboner for rural America so these troons probably believe they're entering a warzone by moving to a small town. Although to me it seems like real militias are more active in the vicinity of large, liberal cities i.e. Pacific northwest. And logically a more populated area has an easier time gathering people for a specific purpose. If you're from a truly remote place, you know not much of anything happens at all. I don't know where they are precisely though, and how close they are to a city, besides vaguely northern Colorado so maybe near-ish to Denver.

Regardless of the thinking behind it, troons will use anything they've got to increase perceived victimization. Maybe if the Tranch were nice to the locals, took care of their animals, and weren't overt sex freaks perhaps they wouldn't feel so Attacked? Idk!

Been here for a year after moving from a large east coast city and I can see the prices on houses suck but the homeless people here don't hold a candle to East or West Coast homeless and skid row is a park with some tents.

None of it has anything to do with weed, no one packs up and moves to boulder to become homeless because they can buy weed when it's basically legal in most cesspool liberal cities anyways with better weather.
