I think in the past three weeks, he's hit the tips goal late in the stream. He wears the vest for all of two minutes, then "GOTTAGOBYE".

Had he not hit it, he'd just find a pointless side mission, kill time and drop the "what? No I'm not!" face. I'll admit, though, it's funny as hell to see him act like a child denied their candy.

I've literally never once seen DSP reward viewers with extra stream time for hitting the goal.

I posted the video a bunch of pages back, but when DSP first introduced the tips goal during GTA3, he explicited said that the goal was for him not the viewers and their reward was that he could keep streaming without the internet getting cut off. At some other point pre vest streak DSP also said that it was selfish for viewers to ask for things for hitting the goal.

I've said it before, Phil's viewers, troll or otherwise, all get more out of Phil's streams the less money he makes. Hitting the tips goal makes him so blatantly complacent with where he is and whatever he's doing, he clearly doesn't feel he needs to put in more "effort" after the arbitrary goal is met. His whales really do donate just to get a rise out of people. To their credit, it works. It's just sad that Phil is still clinging to the delusion that his streams are gameplay-first and drama-void.

His stream chat is like the ramblings of stroke victims. Totally useless. Not that he gives a shit. Well, unless one wants to max out Mommy's credit card. Then you can go "behind the scenes" and rule over weaponized autism.

TheMexicanRunner is a well-known NES speedrunner and has records in several games (I can only recall Battle Toads for NES right now). His biggest accomplishment is that over a period of a few years, he completed every single NES game (without cheats though he did practice hard sections via save states on an emulator before going through the whole game).

I like TMR, especially since Hater% run of Cuphead.

I think he just has resting sad face, the male equivalent of RBF. To be fair, so do I.

Of course the useless sack of cum hit the tip goal after mentioning charge backs. He has Pignotised the whales to react to that word. Trolls on suicide watch after the pahsitivity. Thanks OiC, I want to see you pawning your belongings to support Twat features.
Oh yeah. During that break of his, he whines about chargebacks on Twitter. It's the new "tax guy". He said nothing of it on stream. One of his scummier moves.

I'm late on this but the alarm clock story from the other day blows my mind. So Phil claims that his clock is supposed to automatically change the time for daylight savings, but it didn't so he adjusted it manually. Then he went to bed and his alarm went off at the usual time resulting in him oversleeping and being late. So there are two scenarios here:

1. Phil was right, the clock didn't change itself. He manually set the clock ahead an hour but then it somehow reset back to the incorrect time. This doesn't make sense unless Phil screwed up setting the clock or he's lying about changing it himself (which are both very real possibilities, don't get me wrong).

2. Phil was wrong and at some point after he set the time, DST kicked in and altered it again. This doesn't make sense either because this is spring so the clocks move forward. If this had happened he would have woken up earlier than he was supposed to.

tl;dr Phil is a really bad liar and he wanted to sleep in an extra hour so he came up with an excuse and he's too dumb to realize it doesn't make sense.

Every mundane thing that folks do on the daily becomes PTSD flashback and a story longer than the nap Jesus took during slavery.

This kind of shit only happens to lolcows, I swear.

I wanna say he did one time during the vest streak, towards the end. He had to go massive OT to get the goal, and he "rewarded" them with like an extra 30 mins. I only remember this cause it was like 1 AM, and I couldn't sleep, and he was still streaming lol. I was legit shocked that he did that.
The infamous Paper Mario run from last August is when he rewarded his viewers more play time because he stalled/went into OT like a motherfucker to hit that vest goal

"I'm an adult, sorry, IM THE ONE, who operated a successful lolcow thread. Me! REEEEE! I'm the one who puts out the shitposts that's entertaining!"

I'll be really honest with everyone just making a well written, coherent and cogent paragraph insulting DSP is very easy. Doing a long-winded, verbose and unintelligible stream of consciousness rant is very tough! The hard shit is sitting here writing multiple nonsensical paragraphs.

I was looking for it, and found it. It was actually fall guys, but the one you mentioned sounds right as well. Relevant timestamp is 57:00 - 57:10

That was a fun stream. He's playing passive-aggressive with the chat like a disappoined dad.

That might be the shortest time he's worn the best.

I'm speaking the raw SAT vocabulary sheet!
