General Discussion for Virtual Youtubers / Vtubers / Chuubas - it's okay to be a simp for 2D, just don't thirstpost.

Has there been any explanation as to why some of the girls barely ever collab despite not being too high up on subscribers and collabs being one of the best ways to grow their channel? Is it due to some of them being shy and not wanting to initiate conversations with the other members? Is it due to people sometimes thinking the least popular girl is a leech (I think Kanata mentioned this with Coco)? I would assume that the company would encourage or even promote more collabs between the members.

On that same note, when it comes to Mel, she had been pretty quiet for a while and the last month or two she got a few collabs that I never really expected. I wonder if her manager pushed for this knowing that by maybe opening her up to the ID and EN fans her popularity would rise (since she's pretty much at the bottom when it comes to subscriber numbers).

I think most of the time is just scheduling. They can get very busy with other obligations they have whether is voice recording for hologras, working on new songs, vocal and dance training, and other stuff they do outside of work. Haachama not only lived in a different country but also was in high school until she recently graduated. People like Marine and Korone also do English lessons and other stuff like that, that takes up their time.

Sounds like Amelia's hotel stay was to indeed to find a place to live in another city. No indication of how far away it is she's moving exactly, but that's to be expected. She's saying she should hopefully be moved over two weeks from now, so hopefully her internet is in way better shape by then.

Edit: Nevermind, wherever it was she flew. Story of projectile vomit from another passenger on the plane.

Both Ame and Uto are playing Apex. Maybe they play different server. It will be hilarious if they meet at same server.

You already guess the most part. It's a problem of having other life obligations (Mel and Choco have other channel she work on.) and conflicting schedule (Towa live a healthy kid lifestyle of early rise and early to bed while other girl sleep at 5AM and tweet good morning at 1PM for example.) Not wanting to be seen as leech or collab just for the sake of growing their own channel is another reason; Akirose and Iofi have express as much. For the most part though, coming this year most of them seem to be more willing to collab and less worry about those negative perception and their own insecurities.

What do you think are the odds that she'll pull a Californian and end up moving to Texas? Cause that might actually be okay in her case.

That’s why I said just leave those bugmen to the EN fandoms. We have a lot of nerdy rich weebs in EN fandoms who will not stop until those bugmen get destroyed and lose social credits. KFP and Takodachis are literally cults while Deadbeats somehow got a bunch of actual US military service (for some reason). Teamates and Chumbuds are as vicious as those on Twitch the battle will be swift.

The bugs don't really seem keen on engaging with the ENsphere at all. I think it's a mixture of EN chat being a chaotic spergfest and the EN girls actually engaging in serious moderation.

And I'm not surprised about Calli's viewerbase. She is an obvious southron (which is where most US military recruitment comes from) and she's very much the sort of girl you can still stomach after undergoing US military socialization (aloof and kind of socially awkward in an endearing way).

Definitely different unfortunately. One is in Japan and one is in US. Would be extremely laggy if they're on the same server.
