Chantal is so disgusted with herself, she cannot bear to hear criticism from someone else. That’s why she’s suddenly stopped with the lives and switched back to video. And she’s only doing videos because she knows that she must keep this channel going.

Her belligerent tone, her sudden hardness in her tone, even her claims to join tinder for sex (where she just rejects everyone) are all ways to push people away, make them think she’s got her life under control, build up her armor. She’s desperate to try and make a safe place to binge without alienating the people who pay her rent.

Yeah, I think the constant diarrhea, the massive sodium consumption, the (presumable) oceans of liquid her diabetes is commanding her to drink and immediately piss out, and the strain on her kidneys could really easily fuck up her electrolytes -- and her overstrained heart wouldn't stand a chance.

Watch for more twitches and tics to see if this will come to pass any time soon.

As for the rest of it -- just fucking lol. Belligerent Chantal isn't as intimidating as she thinks she is. This kind of temper tantrum might shut up Mama Sarault or Grams, but it's downright unimpressive to the rest of the world. It's the natural consequence of her "reasonable" approach failing the other day.

Nearly everything she says and does is to get people off her back and let her do what she wants -- abusively, manipulatively. But then in her moments of clarity, when she's begging to be supported and held accountable, she's actually just blaming everyone for her failures. We didn't support her ghost diet, and then we made her overeat to show us she's the boss. How very dare we. Can't we see she's dying?
