They do realize that they are in huge trouble if they ever get charged with a violent crime from the social media statements alone?
Why would they want to make it easy for the authorities to get them convicted if they shoot trespassers, because of their violent statements beforehand?
This is so damn stupid, it boggles my mind.
I'm all for it!
The fuck do they need a drone for? They can see every corner of their property from a central location, there are zero sightblockers anywhere,
Which brings me to an observation. The one thing I have not seen is binoculars.

That’s clearly the 20 round magazine for the Ruger 57. A quick Google search makes me think no one makes limiters for that Ruger magazine like they do for the FN five seven the Ruger is trying to compete with.

This dumb troon is openly violating Colorado state law. I think it’s a bad law but as a general rule of thumb, I don’t take pictures of my firearms and post them on the internet for everyone including law enforcement to see.

I don’t think the local town/county police are going to visit them because the local sheriff won’t bust them on illegal magazines because most likely their more saner residents are in violation. However, these dipshits are going to earn their visit from the state police, especially if their neighbors start making reports about harassment and threats of violence.

Hey, looks like those cameras actually picked something up. Color me surprised.

Wonder if the pacas are doing a bundy cattle and just roaming willy nilly onto the neighbor's properties and the neighbors are telling them to get their shit.
Considering that anything related to Alpacas can be written off in taxes, any and all damage would more than likely be covered. They're an LLC so it's no wonder that they're doing the bare minimum with their animals. They just exist so they can larp as farmers while never having to have any real skin in the game.

California ban got overturned. Clearly they are ready to stand up for our constitutional rights.

I hope they can bring it all the way to the supreme court.

Would this not be a visit from the atf?

CA’s law is still in effect because they are in the process of appealing. Vermont’s court upheld a ten round magazine limit law recently.

2A has a lot of fighting left to be done and needs good allies, not unhinged trannies that think their rural neighbors are violent fascists looking to kill them.

ATF are feds, not state. It isn't against fed law so no.

Assuming its a first offense it'd be a misnomer anyway. Locals probably take a "it isn't worth getting shot/shooting someone over" view of it and won't bother prosecuting unless they're brought in for a bigger crime

Oh I'd love for something like that to go down, but I feel like what's most likely to happen is for them to get into some kind of dispute with state police over something mundane like tax evasion, and then surrender as soon as SWAT shows up.
Tbh as much as that's probably true, I can imagine a scenario where one those deranged troons, either because of hormones or drugs, decides to lose their shit and shoot at the feds getting them all Waco'd

Not really sure how much ATF deals with state violations of gun laws. @AnOminous might have a good answer to that.
The ATF often gets involved in things they shouldn't. I seriously doubt they will in this case, but look at the sheer stupidity that occurred when they decided a guy named David Koresh was in their bailiwick.
