While I would love it if we could see a catalyst like Hololive make Twitch bigger in Japan, I also know I would never want Hololive to fully switch to it because Twitch's moderation staff and policy making team makes Youtube looks like diplomacy geniuses. They notoriously have THE WORST support for streamers, and all that big fat Amazon money has done nothing to fix it.
Personally, I got my account compromised before I really used Twitch that much, and a spam bot took over my channel. It took me TWO FUCKING YEARS of back and forth with support basically ignoring my requests to reinstate the account because of fraud. They (botters) had changed the password to the account, and in order to use the support portal I needed to log in with the defunct account to request an appeal, but because it was banned I couldn't change the password at all. Two years of emails took it took them, with weeks/months silence between responses to finally get it fixed.

Whether Cover would want to go a step further and actually talk them remains to be seen, but I can't imagine them needing more than that.
