It's amazing what you can accomplish with simple perspective tricks.
In the picture on the right, the camera would have been at roughly eye-level. Whereas in the left picture, they would have gone out of their way to avoid putting the camera too close to the head.
This could have been done by shooting from knee or crotch height, but then it would be too obvious (she'd be looking down at you, or else you'd see the bottom of her chin). So what they must have done instead is put the camera at the other end of a very big room and zoomed all the way in.
However much they got paid for this shoot, it wasn't nearly enough.
(That's if we're assuming there's no Adobe products involved, which I wouldn't put it past them to do as well.)
