If chargebacks with verified tips are more effective as people here are telling me then this is the next logical step.

why wouldnt they be more effective? youre not a random person doing it,you are more trusted and also banks will always take your side when it comes to chargebacks/refunds unless theres irrefutable proof of scam. plus phil account is known to be chargebacked a lot so at this point its not something unexpected that dsp is not fulfilling his part of the bargain

Oh I'm not saying he gets every meme, I'm just saying he gets the negative ones that are said over and over again. He knows exactly why wearing jeans is such a big deal.

I do have a problem with the way Philth exploits vulnerable people for money. Now I also exploit vulnerable people, but for laughs, I don't take their money. When I first saw Rahb On Wheels I got incredibly angry, Philth commented on a picture on Rahbs twitter, so he knows full well that much of his fan base consist of vulnerable adults.

Now, I'm not going to take a moral high ground, even though his big tippers are clearly mind fucked, they still have responsibility. But seeing Philth have absolutely no problem with taking 100's of $$$ from them just rubs me up.

My wife's sister is a full head slapping tard, she walks into doors and everything, I laugh at her but to think of someone like Philth taking money from her just gets me angry.

Watching how Philth is handling this has just opened my eyes more to how much of a fucking bottom feeder he is. The way he targets the vulnerable or these dregs of society is just fucking evil, but not meme evil like us, but outright Satan evil.

Anyway, that's all I wanted to say. That's why I truly hate Philth. Also please roast me for this awful post.

Everyone on this site has that one thing that really fucks them off, exploiting children/the mentally challenged are a couple of the one's that probably does it for me the most too. I'm never going to go full blown MATI over DipShitPhil but still, it irks me that there are people like that out there and in his case, someone who openly does so in the public's purview.

Nah man, you're right. It's easily the worst aspect of Phil. Not his abysmal gameplay, disgusting and rude habits like snorting/burping, his terrible work ethic, his compulsive lying, or even his extreme aversion to putting in effort for the sake of others.
It's his constant guilt-tripping, feigning distress, and forcing people to rely on him in any way he can (all those other streamers are shills dood, come to me for the truth!). His Champions addiction would simply be pathetic and laughable ordinarily, but the fact that he tells people "I don't have enough money to afford my groceries!" while burning thousands of dollars away is what makes him a horrible person.
If it weren't for that one trait, I would agree that while Phil is abrasive and fun to mock, he's harmless. But fuck him for his constant, and I do mean constant, manipulating people on an emotional level. If that screenshot of him telling the truth behind the apology e-mail thing isn't enough to open your eyes to who he is on the inside, nothing will.

In the last ten days, there has been at least 2 (that I've seen) where it was like WTF?!?!?

One was something like "this is my last $11 till payday, sorry I can't do more"

And another was "this is my last $3. Sorry khantributions are low"

And does he offer to refund the money, or at least show some sympathy? No, he uses it to talk about how tips are low, and to beg!

I remember recently when jaxx_raxor tipped $25 on a Street Fighter night stream, and said that he could only tip $25 because he was having problems paying his taxes or something like that.

Phil, not only accepted the money without hesitating, but in the end tried to guilt trip jaxx. I don't remember exactly what Phil said, because it's mostly useless, but was something related to 'not afford to pay his bills now', because the stream didn't reach $100.

Next stream, Jaxx_raxor tips $200, to 'make up' for the last stream.

No Trolling Plans
Let the autistic/ dumb/ MATI ratings come in but I've messaged Pwdubz (behind the scenes) and informed him I would be willing to bring in my attorneys to help him escalate this case to Twitch if he wishes to. I confirmed I would foot all legal bills.

It's one thing to sit back and laugh at Phil and all the fucked up shady things that he does. But now that we have evidence that he acts maliciously with people's private information and could potentially use them for blackmail, that's crossing a line for me.

I don't care if this falls within pozloading my neghole, but given that my dumbass once tipped DSP years ago to "troll" him (and I still hate myself for it after all these years), it doesn't sit well with me that he has access to my private information either.
