Yeah mental health nurses will see through her - but LD nurses tend to be a bit less discerning. Be interesting to know what ward sheās actually on, as in adult mental health we tend to keep autists on a different ward where possible.

She's not diagnosed autistic and attended university. She won't be on a learning disability ward.
She was likely refused advocacy (parents with learning disabilities have a right to advocacy) for her son's child protection meeting so tried to get out of attending herself through the 'severe mental illness' part and when that didn't work (because borderline personality disorder is not classed as severe mental illness in most legal senses in the UK) she ended up doing something to make sure she couldn't be made to attend because like the borderline she is it's all about her- not her child.
She also won't be allowed to post images of other patients or staff and it's common for sectioned patients to have phones removed if they are contacting anyone who doesn't want contact or causing problems online.

Always thought taking phones off people in mental health facilities was kind of cruel, as they alleviate boredom and loneliness. Guess it's done at least partially so your manic/delusional patient doesn't show her mary to half the internet during shower time.

Appears she was at Bowmere Hospital in the grounds of the Countess of Cheshire, her room and the area matches up with some reviews on Facebook.
Not sectioned during this visit, the phrase 'voluntary section' means nothing (she had the choice to leave at all times, could not be forcably medicated, retained usual rights any other mentally well adult would have):
This clinical psychology report summary confirms she is not officially diagnosed with autism (although says 'its likely' she has had plenty of chances to get diagnosed) and is hinting multiple personalities?!?
It appears to be the reports sent through before the child protection conference and will have been one part of multiple professionals reports, only the lord knows what the others said if this was what she felt like sharing:

TLDR: There are serious ongoing concerns about the childs safety. Agony Autie is at least 3 people, non of whom are diagnosed with autism.

Can we all agree that "stim dancing" and flashing tik tok from the mental health ward is not a good strategy to sell yourself as a fit guardian?
Also, if Kylie was getting multiple pain meds and muscle relaxants etc, she was/is just a basic bitch w/ an eating disorder and a drug habit. If she had li she wasn't rx'd it was because she bought some pills off of someone and thought it was something fun. Her other recreational and addictive drug use explains why she blacked out parts of her blood tests. If Matt moved her to FL, I'm going to say he's a creep or an addict of some sort himself. As to her mom, idk, she could very well be a fucked up person too (likely), but I get her not being a fan of a 50 year old playing house w/ her daughter.

Thank you to Button Moon and Tiny Tim for the Agony Autie updates, she's just awful. The resources she's sucking up rn are insane

She's incapable of prioritising the needs of that child and he's going to end up under a protection order at that meeting. This is not staying informal. Will be fascinating to see how she responds when she is compelled to engage with professionals who aren't there to coddle her but to protect the child. She's going to be confronted with some harsh realities and we all now our cows love that. Looking forward to this episode.
