My favorite is still when he called an Asian character a "stupid chink". His unbridled hatred for Asians is well documented, so to see him trying to commiserate with Asian murder victims on Twitter solely in an attempt to harvest pity-points for himself is hilariously sociopathic of him.

I think what fascinates me about DSP so much is that he plays games that he knows that he will not enjoy just because it's the shiny new toy. He almost never plays the same game twice.

I know DSP hates some games, but we also know that he actually likes the Choose Your Own Story simulators (Heavy Rain, Become Human, et cetera). So why doesn't he play those games on a viewers choice?

It's fucking hilarious to me that DSP goes through so much effort to make sure "trolls don't rig the polls." Why are there choices in the polls in the first place that you don't want? They are YOUR polls? There's no write in votes. It's not like he has an "other" option and a bunch of people write in Street Fighter 5 or something.

But anyway, it's not even like his viewers care about the "hot new games" that he's playing. So why not focus on the small subset of games that he actually likes? Then he might stop being miserable for once?

To DSP's mods that I know are reading this thread, ask DSP to make that his next "Viewer's Choice" poll. Do all those CYOA games. See what he says.

Nothing will happen to DSP over this.

Twitch will happily permanently ban you for far less even if it happened somewhere else. But the catch is it has to be something they care about. ie misgendering, crossing one of their top thots, or some negative press that blows up. Simply doing something wrong, even seriously wrong and/or flagerantly violating their rules is not enough. As complete psychos thrive and are in some cases even the rule on these platforms.

So why bother involving an attorney when Twitch has no legal liability? A special letterhead doesn't carry much weight with a corporation the size of Twitch/Amazon.
