he is pigroach for a reason.

But if he was removed from twitch, he would just run to youtube.

And to be honest, i want DSP to keep making content because he is an endless supply of autism

Unlike some others. I dont really give a sh&t whether he stays or goes whatever that means. Theres good and bad sides to either option. But it would be a nice bit of justice if he was taken down a peg or two, and probably the most likely though still unlikely way he would learn a lesson and just maybe improve himself.

You could probably cut his pay into a quarter and he'd still have all the necessities and still could live a life that is broadly similar to how he lives...or at least how he claims he lives. Just cut away the fake wife, oversized house, and wasteful spending on crap he never uses. Oh and WWE would probably have to go too. But it would be for his own good.

His entire life is an L, he's doomed to spend it begging people for money to feed his gambling addiction.

People often say he has uncanny luck in life. Does he really? He makes good money yet:

No friends
No social life
No hobbies
No family
No savings
No career skills
No pension / retirement plan
Loveless marriage
Leaves the house 1 day a week
Filed for bankruptcy
Despised by thousands
Wasted decrepit physique
Alcoholic
Mobile Gambling addict

I wouldn't wish his existence upon my worst enemy.

KGhaleon is the most pathetic of his followers. He's been around from the beginning. I remember back in the wild west of Youtube in 2010 DSP and I were both breaking street date and uploading videos of that mediocre God of War clone on 360 Dante's Inferno. DSP's videos started getting taken down, either for being uploaded early or showing off the weird nudity in that game whereas mine didn't, and DSP must have said something in a video because his fans started harassing me and spamming my comments sections - one of them was KGhaleon.

So this dude has been acting as DSPs little toady for over a decade.

With Phil bending over backwards on Twitter (as usual) to try and save face (doesn't that mess up your back, Phil?), someone should probably give him a shovel. After they hit him with it, of course.

I've mentioned this before, but it's not that much better in context. That mayoboi that Phil was laughing at for wearing Japanese clothes and playing a Japanese woodwind instrument is one of the few people on Earth who can play that particular instrument on his level. Him, his teacher (another white guy) and about 3 dozen stodgy old Japanese boomers from what I remember. Of course, who's easier for the guys at Sucker Punch to fly to E3 for a few days? Some middle-aged white dude who from what I remember is American so it's not even that far away for him? Or some old stodgy Japanese dudes who most likely can't even speak a lick of English?
In any case, Phil was making fun of a guy who has dedicated his life to completely master playing multiple musical instruments, one of which being the shakuhachi, just because he was dressed like a medieval Japanese peasant for the show.

phil doesnt like music so of course hes gonna mock it. meanwhile other people liked the sound of that instrument

Twitch has no way of finding out what really happened, all of which occurred on a different platform. This is a nothingburger, sadly.

The only miracle hope is that someone pieces together all the evidence out there of Phil vaguely threatening people, Phil admitting he doxes people that tip him, etc... and there's enough hubbub to where Twitch just decides Phil isn't worth the trouble.
Not true affiliates can 100% be banned/held accountable for their behaviour outside the Twitch platform: https://www.polygon.com/2018/2/8/16988424/twitch-rules-harassment-toxicity-ban-policy

Edit: if you dont wanna read here are some pertinent quotes from the article: “Users now have the ability to add off-platform conduct to their reports,” the spokesperson said."

" if a streamer were to antagonize another Twitch user on YouTube, Twitter or Discord, Twitch staff will view those messages as inciting hate and use it as evidence when issuing bans."

The issue is that Phil doxed him through Discord. Twitch staff won't be of any help.
As i replied to another post so long as you provide the proof for your complaint affiliates can 100% be held accountable for their actions off platform: https://www.polygon.com/2018/2/8/16988424/twitch-rules-harassment-toxicity-ban-policy

It has nothing to do with that. He has absolutely no respect for anything. He mocks the Japanese traditional garb, he mocks the Japanese instrument, he mocks the guy playing it. Let's see him get on stage in his jeans and play any instrument and see if he can do any better.

I recently added the sfx of him purposely mispronouncing a place name in Japan. This was probably within the past 365 days. Still hasn't changed. Wonder how much he'd like it of we said he lived in rut-ton

Fuck off with all the "Here's how Twitch can ban Phil" posts. They read like a Variety click-bait article title. Twitch isn't gonna do shit and I don't want to read a bunch more "this world is unjust" pissing and moaning posts because everyone got their hopes up.

EDIT: yes I'm technically pissing and moaning but I haven't had my coffee yet so still screw you
