I think you're missing crucial elements. It is not black and white that anyone can have sex with a 14 year old in Germany. I know, in Germany at least, there are all sorts of exceptions. One is that someone 20 or older cannot have sex with someone under 16. But even then it's a case-by-case basis and you're 21 and exploiting a 16 year old, it is illegal.

This is a very simplistic understanding of reality. In some cases the "consumption" of CP may contribute to production. There are two clear cases. One is in paying for CP. The other is in being a member in a group mechanism that requires contribution in order to maintain membership. However, simply viewing CP that is obtained for free from public sources cannot be thought of as intrinsically leading to the production of CP, and indeed as I previously mentioned, the distribution mechanism of information theoretically secure single server private information retrieval mathematically proves that supply cannot intrinsically correlate with demand, for otherwise demand would be measurable through supply, but information theory dictates that no information about demand can leak through the observation of inputs and outputs to this mechanism, and therefore supply cannot intrinsically correlate with demand.

That said, probably a minority of CP is produced for commercial reasons entirely, by which I mean the majority of people producing CP will abuse kids even if they don't feel a need to take photographs or videos of it. Your logic is essentially that if it were not for adult pornography nobody would have sex.
