For a person who watches My 600lb to feel better about their situation, you'd think she'd see all the work that has to be put in prior to surgery and how many people fail to put said effort and realize that this is way beyond her capabilities.View attachment 2009232
For anyone here (presumably only lurkers) who believe that our heroine is going to get weight loss surgery, get the loose skin "cut right off" (as she puts it), and emerge a 120 pound gorgeous influencer having all kinds of weird sex (also how she put it), take a good long look at this picture. Study it. Look at the psychosis in her eyes, the insanity on her face. Take a good look at the enormous bite of gravy-smothered cheese and potatoes she is shoveling in her mouth, already past the 4000 calorie mark for the day...see that?
Here is what she is saying at this exact moment in her livestream (in a very nonchalant tone, I might add), as she takes this bite:
[In a vaguely patronizing teacher voice] "You talk to the surgerer...uh, the surgeon. And the surgeon is the one who decides if you are approved,..but...if you followed all the steps along the way (she says this shaking her head with annoyance and ratcheting up the sass in her voice a smidgen, like it is just a pain-in-the-neck formality in what is a foregone conclusion)...you more than likely will be"
It is also worth noting that before she said this, she had to verify with low-IQ Peetz what kind of surgery she is getting "I think that's what I'm getting...right? The bypass?"
This snippit of clownshow ought to convince even the most optimistic of souls. To her, surgery is really a magic pill, she assumes she will undoubtedly be approved, and she is too fucking dumb to even know what she is excited about being done to her. To prep for this major surgery, she is following what worked so well before her hysterectomy: fucking stuffing herself to the point where she's likely to spring leaks (no exaggeration, that happened last time).
Yeah, a surgeon wants his name on this monster, sure. We'll see...
We can always hold out hope that Chinny does get the WLS. After all, Canada is the country that okayed mentally-ill pedo predator Jonathan Yaniv sex reassignment surgery! We all know she isn't going to go through with the WLS however is it wrong to kind of hope she does?
I mean it will be interesting to watch if she stays alive long enough to get it done. Not to mention, survives the surgery. It will be a whole new era of Clotso, WLS edition. We can always hold out hope that Chinny does get the WLS. After all, Canada is the country that okayed mentally-ill pedo predator Jonathan Yaniv sex reassignment surgery!
Recalculate that at 5'1".She said her BMI is 75. So reverse calculated (at 5 foot 2)
In order to achieve a BMI of 75.0 you need to weigh 410.1 pounds (lbs)
I think they do nicotine and drugs tests in the US too. Smoking anything increases complications, and you don't want to provide postop pain killers to a junkie.same in Australia.
I googled this recently for the Ottawa hospital bariatric surgical program. There's a few hurdles she'll struggle with. The pysch is just one of them. Her THC use is another. In Australia they sneak these drug tests into the usual blood testing, and you need to be clear on all drugs and nicotine for 6 months before you can move from the clinic waitlist to the surgical one.
I can't imagine how long it would take to shrink Chantal's supersized liver?, but there's no way she could stay on liquid-only prescribed shakes for weeks.es. The optifast liquid diet is for liver shrinking purposes. Two weeks is the minimum. With a fatty liver measuring 29cm (according to her), she'll be doing it a lot longer than that. Some people need to do it for 4-6months. Laproscopic WLS will not be attempted while the liver is still fatty. Surgeons need to lift the liver to get access to the stomach, and a liver full of fat is fragile and breaks when lifted. Even IF she does get approved, they'll be running regular scans on her liver until it is an appropriate size and condition for surgery. They might not require a specific weightloss target, but she'll need to lose a substantial amount of weight to get that liver of hers healthy enough... if she thinks a two week liver shrinking diet it tough, a few months is even tougher...
The liver is the reason she won't get the surgery as its the most crucial factor. It plays a big part in that it has to be lifted during the surgery and with the state of hers, that's impossible. She won't get the surgery, she can't last more than a few hours on a diet so she won't be able to shrink that monstrosity.I think they do nicotine and drugs tests in the US too. Smoking anything increases complications, and you don't want to provide postop pain killers to a junkie.

It's interesting how rarely she mentions her liver now, especially considering it's her most immediately dangerous health problem. She'll talk about blood sugar, " rashes", infected fupa, asthma, c-diff....but not her liver.
