Every kind of equipment you could ask for, all brand-new and custom painted in the school colors, plus advanced scientific instruments, on-staff nutritionists, you name it. And my guide just mentions offhand "Oh yeah, this is where the women's soccer team works out." Women absolutely get the best there is, there was no "baby gym for girls" at this place.

If he was never planning to spend his entire career there, he would have left CoC for another position somewhere else. Surely there must be a demand in current year for a troon professor somewhere? He complains about SC being so conservative, but there are 50 states to choose from. And Canadian universities. If he were as amazing as he claims he is, another school would have loved to snatch up Rhys even if the "bigots" in SC didn't appreciate him.

As for his work not being scrutinized by "non-experts", that simply means he retreats into the fantasy land of a hugbox. He'll never be considered an expert on anything if you have to be a Patreon member to view his work. How will his work be cited frequently if it is behind a paywall? Besides, there is nothing stopping his haters from pooling cash in order to pay for one person to access his stuff and repost it on a place like the Farms. Maybe not in full -- but certainly, someone could write a rebuttal where they quote (properly citing Rhys as the author) for the purposes of critique or even satire.

He won't do it, though, because he couldn't be assed to write papers for his actual job. There's no way Rhys has the self-discipline to write papers for a bunch of pitybux from fellow troons who are even dumber than he is. I've seen way too many cows have this grand idea of making money off of their writing and then dropping it because they are too lazy to actually follow through with it. Mr. Ambien is likely to be in a drug induced stupor most of the time. I doubt he'll be able to form a coherent sentence half of the time, much less write a "paper" (AKA a shitty blog post).

I do wonder if Rhys wasn't motivated to get out of dodge in part because of his pedo roommate. Therefore men will be more inclined to spend time and effort developing muscle, compared to women. Therefore resources get allocated differently. There isn't anything unjust about that. It's just difference. Which I thought was something we were supposed to celebrate, but whatever.
