She doesn't have an offline life because she's alone, she doesn't have a permit or license so she is stuck in her home probably alone most of the day before covid hit.

She claimed her mom was going to kick her out on her 18th birthday, beacause she came out, during a pandemic. Then her mom doesn't and she never brings it up again. Which gives us at least 2 scenarios:
Autumn never came out to her mom because she knows her mom will take her only connection to the outside world.
Her mom more than likely knows she won't survive on her own and that's why she has yet to do anything about her. She also probably assumes Autumn is just trying to get attention and ignored her.

Her mother is not a By Proxy Munchie, if she was Autumn would have more illnesses to advertise for sympathy points, or just talking about hospital visits like she talked about when she was in a psych hold for 3 days. Hell, we don't know shit on her mom aside from her being a Jehovah witness who's "homophobic". That's it. As far as we know her mom didn't even bat an eyelid on her going to the hospital for a few days. Even neglectful or abusive parents will give a reaction about the kid "causing a scene" or making them look bad by going into the hospital for such a thing.

She lied about Gypsy's age to the point she didn't know her own age she even convinced the ex-husband/dad that Gypsy was mentally stunted from a premature birth. Dee Dee gave her medications that weren't necessary and even subjected her to numerous surgeries,and made her stay in a wheelchair outside the home.
DeeDee said Gypsy's medical records, including her birth certificate, had been destroyed in the flooding of Katrina, but it was okay because she had the real medical conditions written down by memory and if anyone questioned Gypy's diagnoses she'd jump to the next. Hell Dee Dee tried to poison Gypsys Stepmom with weed killer for more attention and at one point Gypsy had teeth removed because either medications she didn't need or something else.

Gypsy wasn't even allowed her own social media she shared them with Dee Dee and was rarely given much time online alone.

For all we know Autumn doesn't fucking shower and no one wants to be around her in public so she has no friends irl.
