I had friends that would essentially get paid for Amazon reviews. They’d have to buy the product upfront, post a review so that it looks like a valid purchase within Amazon, and then the MFR or whoever is trying to scam the review system would reimburse them after the fact via PayPal or Venmo or whatever. I believe they’d add on a small bonus in addition to the cost of the product for the person to make it worth their time. This is exactly why Amazon has such a problem with fake reviews. I wonder if Jack is smart enough to have discovered this system.
