That only really works if the bad shit they've done was revealed after they trooned out or didn't affect the troons themselves in any way. A few people knew Charles 'Charlotte' Clymer was a sex pest before he trooned out, but that was only against cis women so it was fine.
They'll defend to the death a troon whose horrible past is revealed and accept any handwaving about, 'I only raped those women because I was suffering over my gender identity!' Because who they know now is more important than anything that happened in the past; troons love handwaving away terrible behaviour as being 'the old me' even when it's things that happened merely days or weeks ago, like Lou Gagliardi does all the fucking time but troons like Kyle Burns and Fire have done repeatedly as well.
But if they have no allegiance to you in the first place, or already hate you, trooning out won't make you better in their eyes. The young woman a couple of weeks back who admitted to having been alt-right as a teenager but was On the Right Side of History now was greeted with repeated calls to fuck off, and even accounts saying things like, 'If you're alt-right you're worse than murderers, because murderers are usually mentally ill but you
chose to be a Nazi.' Sarah Butts Nyberg was revealed to be a pedophile and admitted it, but they already liked him so he was defended by all of anti-GG people in a brazen display of hypocrisy and tribalism. If Null became Nullina, deleted the Farms, doxed every member and became a TLL operator 24/7, they'd still hate him, say it wasn't enough, say it didn't justify all the murders he personally committed, say he was the one and only person who they will admit is faking being trans.
There is no forgiveness with SJWs, there's just tribalism and moral decay disguised as tolerance. And troons are worse still, because their double standards are more obvious and they can hold a grudge for an autistically long time. Anyone troons hate they will hate forever, and anyone they like will only be a problem when what they've done personally affects them. It took Yaniv being an international embarrassment for them to distance themselves by shutting down any conversation about him they could, and even then they'll reserve the right to shriek at anyone who misgenders him unless it's a fellow troon who has decided he doesn't really count because he makes them all look bad, and No True Troon.
