Hi Point make very cheap, basic firearms, but they're reliable enough. One of the weapons used for the Columbine Shooting was a Hi Point carbine.

I let an image form in my head of the property based solely on their description as I read the thread. I saw a long winding driveway in a remote valley for rednecks chase them down. Treelines and undergrowth from where MAGAlitia spy on them and launch their clandestine gayops. There are rolling hills to use as backstops for a woodlot range. Last, bust most importantly is fertile grazing land for their hundreds of animals.
