Understand China has called the USA "weak". Pot, kettle.
China has problems we in the USA should be damned glad not to have. I've listed the problems before.
I would say any government that puts hundreds of thousands of otherwise apparently law-abiding citizens in camps is weak. I would say any government that devotes large amounts of manpower/money/equipment to suppressing their citizens' dissent in real time is weak. Chinese regime does this on their own, the Biden regime uses Big Tech to do the suppression for them. However, Big Tech is learning that every measure has a countermeasure and people are endlessly inventive.
The Xi regime and the Biden regime are both weak. On the US side, we've seen this before, with Jimmy Carter and Barack Obama. Ronald Reagan had enough time to fix Carter's shit. Donald Trump did as much as he could to fix as much as he could, but his re-election was stolen from him.
How do I measure if a government is strong? Probably if it's a government that a person believes in, one that the person willingly follows on most things because they believe the government is doing the right thing, not because of threats of punitive actions if not followed or getting money/benefits if followed. In my case, using this measurement every government I live under - city, county, state, and Federal - is weak. Have zero confidence/trust in government at any of these levels. If I lived in certain states would have more confidence in the governor. As things are, I see government basically as something to live with as little reference to as possible.
Going to separate governments from people here. Lots of good people in China. Lots of good people in America. Both the Chinese and the American people are strong and resilient. The Chinese people as a whole have been through things we should get down on our knees and thank God have never happened to us. Keep in mind, too, that while Biden got whatever number of votes he got, far more than that number didn't vote for him. My guess is Xi couldn't win a free and fair election in China, either.
Same goes for Russia, Iran, and a bunch more. Makes you walk away believing that if it wasn't for government and the media stirring shit up, the vast majority of people worldwide would get along pretty well.
