Lou has a long standing public history of violently ripping his hair out at people who give him genuinely helpful life advice. He absolutely just blocks and chases away anybody that does anything other than fork over cash without a second thought. Lou is retarded, but through repetition he’s managed to learn that the only people he really wants around him are the ones that don’t give him advice, because the people smart enough to offer advice are the ones smart enough to see through his grift.

He dismissed every advice he got for the foot hole, either confrontatively or handwaving it away with "it's okay guys it's healing I'm treating it with bandages and Neosporin", the latter of which was a staple of his e-begging for months. He directly refused when someone offered to send him food along with a small donation. He produced the now infamous Ulcer Fingerer photo after multiple people told him his e-begging foot photos warranted a visit to the ER, like, yesterday.

So yes, he was given helpful advice by several people, even from here, in this thread, and he never acted on them. It's crystal clear he only wants money and nothing else.

I'm slow to catch up on the wonder of it all, but didn't Lou say (maybe in his complaints about the diabetes educator) that the surgeon didn't give him clear instructions on when he could return to weight-bearing on his foot, post-op?

I was assuming that he was applying for disability based on immobility/neuropathy, but how could he even start to file if he doesn't have documentation from a physician that explicitly states "yeah this dude can't stand lol"
