I think this might just be Kevin's room and they changed the sheets at some point (shocking, I know). The wall colors and window location match
View attachment 2015694
That's a separate room with an adjoining wall (the wall behind the photographer). If you look at the window on the blue wall there isn't as much wall space to the right of it, and it stops above the mattress (though hard to see for piles of troon crap). If you compare to the first two pictures I posted, it doesn't match. Those windows match this on the exterior:
(Original red is Winter, yellow/green is Kev):

Sorry to absolutely smash the images today, but I figure it's worth just posting the full walkthrough of the house at the Tenacious Unicorn Ranch. I could have sworn I saw a floor plan at some point in the Kevin thread, but can't find/may have completely imagined. IMO Kevin's bedroom is [19] below and Winter's is [20]. You can see the very edge of the adjoining wall at the bottom left of [19].

Dang, had no idea Winter even existed on the Tranch. Kind of odd that he seemingly has little presence despite having a significant amount of presence on Twitter. I assume he's another one who doesn't work and instead shovels money over to be a Tranch tenant (mostly e-begging, it seems, only troons with clout need apply).
I know, right?! Just for context on what he probably gets up to: 251.9K tweets.

Finally my thread ban is over
They had a beater and even put a new one on their Amazon wishlist. They also have access to a bobcat, so they'll probably just rent a post driver.
Tbh, this Tractor, besides being absolutely coated in surface rust, looks like it's in decent shape, at least chassis and frame-wise. If they had at least a modicum of intelligence, they would treat the rust and paint the thing, or at least would put a surface coat on top of it.

Also, where is that red barn located? I haven't seen it in any other pictures, and I'm 99% certain they didn't put any energy into painting the tan barn.

>tractor with bad hydraulics
>busted PV system with half-dead batteries and jury-rigged inverter
>several fried generators
>frat house cooking
>utter filth everywhere
>badly mounted firearms with mounting brackets through their trigger guards
>alpaca rape shed with bare insulation
>something I can't remember about the septic tank
>a used 2014 Chevy Silverado Paul "Troon Boone" Mendoza bought for $14,000 and had to fix almost immediately
>sheared their alpacas in the late autumn, drove up to Washington state to have the fleece processed
>absolutely /k/omical shooting
>absolutely /k/omical guns

I see a certain, uh, pattern emerge here.

Let's go with Paul "Troon Boone" since Kev had his stink ditch installed and Phillip "Pennywise" was kicked in the knee in January (?) by a naughty 'paca.
At this point, it's less like a reality TV show, and more like one of those Final Destination films. It's less 'is someone going to die?' but more 'when and how?'

You'd think it was by a stray bullet or farm equipment malfunction, but it's actually because Kevin's Transformers collection shelf collapsed and caved someone's head in.

Is there a possibility the house could be condemned by the state for the lack of sanitary conditions for the residents inside (ala hoarding), or is that just a pipedream
No unless its proven to be a hazard or structurally unsafe. However them alpacas are a different matter that could end up with the state forcibly seizing the animals

Not likely, but I'm not an expert. Shit has to get extreme before the government steps in. Living like a filthy animal is not a crime. They'd have to get reported. The local government would have to care to pursue it. They'd be given ample opportunity to correct the violations assuming there are code violations and it isn't them just being lazy morons.

At this point anyone would be led to believe that the garbage they have around the house is far more dangerous than the weapons and farm equipment. I could see a fire happening due to sheer stupidity and the commune quickly dissolving into a vicious troon fight over who was responsible for the mishap. And it would be hilarious.

Do you really think they'd listen to fixing the violations? They'd just grift the cash to fix it on Twitter, but instead, spend it on dilators. Also we all know that they're too lazy to actually get something done within a time limit

Edit: 100% sure that the trash will become a major issue. I'm putting it at 100/1 odds it turns into a Collyer Brothers situation

The timeline for this kinda shit would be measured years because the courts are involved and they'll be able to crowdfund lawyers for appeals and continuances. They'll either crowdfund the money for someone to fix shit just good enough at some point or sell the property after crowdfunding the money to buy another.

Don't rely on the government to do anything useful here. That applies to every other aspect of your life as well.

If they had one I'd imagine one of these buffoons would fall into a combine somehow.

Lawyers can't extract bullets.

I guess Reagan was right about the government

Their insurance would probably drop them first. Which granted might be on a time scale of 10 to 15 years but still, working on a "commercial" farm without insurance covering the place would be just as problematic..

Place looks pretty nice, but I'd wager the interior is likely pretty trashed by now.

I don't think anyone has said anything about this, but they supposedly have an HOA. What this means for them is unclear, as IDK what power HOA's have in Colorado, but I'm most certain they'd not be happy with what they're doing.

Also the property has a very weird sales history, as it changed hands multiple times in 2018 and 2019

I don't know what it means down there, but up here landowner's/road associations are very different than the development HOAs you're probably familiar with. Here they're almost exclusively there for maintaining the road, plowing it, gating it. There isn't a pool and nobody is telling you what color you can paint your fence.
