The leg is just one big femur. Everyone knows that. Just different names for different femur sections. Above the knee is the Femur Majora, under the knee is the Femur Minora. Then the Femur cap connects the two. Basic anatomy.
Not gonna power level too hard, but I have a buddy who has a company that is getting into that. He has his own construction company and came up with an idea to print 3d homes, at low prices. They can be really nice depending on the contractor. A ghoul like John saying shit like this shows how little he knows. He can turn it into a dig at silicon valley, but this could change the way we build homes reducing the costs immensely.
Also, Re-inventing is like 99% of all inventions nowadays.

Prefab houses that are assembled on a foundation instead of built from scratch have been a thing for a long time as well and it allows rapid construction because frames, trusses and everything like that is pre-built in a factory.
While kit houses aren't the same thing they're also interesting. Someone mentioned in another thread that at one point Sears sold them.

He hates the pre-fab houses here. They are built shitily apparently. His is a system using concrete piping and a 3d printing scaffold. That sears one though, that's insane. I had no idea they did that sort of thing. I agree, those poor trailer trash just need to fuck an asian man to get the easy life.

The Lustron kit houses of the 1950’s were made from enameled steel and badass. The only reason more haven’t survived is due to people purposely tearing them down.
Sadly, whatever Silicon Valley invents in this domain will be disposable poly based garbage. Pop-up housing I’m sure they will call it, disrupting the manufactured home industry with manufactured homes that look like a sad Wal-Mart version of Richard Neutra’s designs.

Do mental health issues count? You'd have to be pretty insane to willingly choose to marry John Walker Flynt and continue to live with him for over a decade. Being in close proximity to the stink ditch and being fed John's culinary abominations all the time don't seem like they would do wonders for Frank's health, anyway, so maybe that's John's excuse.
Most likely, John's just lying about shit as usual. It's been well documented at this point that the only part of Frank that John cares about is his wallet.

I think something's going on in John's life that's making him mad.
