It's largely tranny overreaction and she's backed off of a lot of tranny issues/drama considering how it links back to CON/her book, and how she used unpaid tranny sweatshop labor for both & then got additional zoeposts of out of it. If she were to publicly tug on those threads under a mainstream magnifier, her whole tapestry would come undone pretty quickly. She's semi-smart in that the bulk of her social media presence has shifted to "look at me, I do things (((atractively))), value me as a brand" and "buy this piece of shit I had a hand in." The free money has dried up, and now to supplement her paychecks she needs you to financially support her comics/games/friends garbage.

It's quite reserved how non-critical of things she is day-to-day compared to her old social media, she's definitely shifted into a more realistic survival mode.

Strange how her grift relied on her getting "harassed" for her work in gaming but she basically stopped making anything gaming related, instead going to comics and tabletop shit.

Nobody in video games is going to come out and say it, but they know she's unreliable at best and dangerous at worst. Anyone who might offer her an opportunity isn't interested in becoming the next Russ Pitts, let alone the next Holowka. And after the Tingle debacle she can't crowdfund in any meaningful way.

Just listened to the podcast, the Holowka/Quinn saga was barely mentioned in passing. Singal said he didn't feel he had the right to really comment on it due to lack of verifiable information available to him, which is a fair statement to make as a journalist.

Also just checked her twitter, she's apparently 3D printing armor for cosplay now. Guess she's back on that horse.

the Post Millenial link is late, but Singal taking an interest is a pretty big deal. He leaned toward her side originally at the start of Gamergate, but the winds have definitely shifted since then. Not blindly following their narrative all these years is a big part of what soured Jake Alley in regards to Singal.

I'm sure she's bought a 3D printer with at least one of her three stimmy checks, they're pretty inexpensive and accessible these days. Plus there's plenty of free designs to download (or have cucks make for her) to just print willy-nilly. It's within her limited skillset, it's like burning music CDs & DVDs 20 years ago.

Cosplay is pretty dead atm, with no venues to do it at. I'd have to check Beauty Parlor but it's probably all on Instagram/OnlyFans now so you can photoshop up any problems with a half-assed costume if you aren't shooting video. Just another thing for her to fake for asspats. It's funny that she could actually leverage her infamy into a huge headstart over established cosplayers online, but won't put in the effort.

The idea of Zoe with an onlyfans is horrifying and I am surprised she hasn’t jumped on it yet with a grift in mind.
Edit to add- I got curious and looked at what there is to see on her patreon which I was surprised was still even there and it’s about what I expected- I don’t think that contributes to her much of anything at all.

If I am remembering the timeline correctly, there was a brief period they were courting John, but then there was some kind of ego shit that caused Zoe to become jealous or pissed, possibly with John's constant claims of being the most harassed person in goobergrape, and relations went cold. I don't remember Chelsea directly attacking John early on, but there were some snitty passive-aggressive remarks directed at him.

I believe there was some stuff in the CON leaks about having to try and wrangle Wu because they couldn't trust him to stay on message, but that's something @Jaimas would know the most about. But yes, Wu made the most effort to get called The Biggest Victim of GamerGate, a title Quinn was jealously guarding, so it's no wonder they didn't get along even before you factor in them both being psychotic cunts who lie endlessly.

The story of Wu's involvement with CON is short and simple:

Quinn and Harper wanted nothing to do with Brianna Wu beyond their ability to cynically use her, since Wu is utterly incapable of subtlety and is way too blatant about what she was trying to do, with her constantly baiting her own harassment and then whining about said harassment. It actually was about 2 weeks of real time before any of Wu's attempts got any real response, and when it happened, it was because she got memed with her own attempt, making a lot of the "I'M BEING HARASSED BY GAMERGATE YOU GUYS" shit ring hollow. Especially when she tried to use said harassment narrative to meme that her game was under threat when failing to scrub the exif data from the image (showing that she was the one that originally uploaded it). This shit wasn't a one-off; Wu did it all the time and got caught every fucking time. Worse, Wu would fight against the other members of the clique for attention, and Wu was never part of their club.

Early on in GG, there was a very brief attempt made to drag Wu into the fold by helping to fake some harassment against her. Wu had a positive relationship with Katherine Cross, so the thought twas that Cross would be able to keep Wu on something of a leash, but that proved fucking impossible, and they gave up on it. Shit like the Sonic the Hedgehog Triggering, Trans Samus Incident, and so on convinced them they made the right decision, but the irony is that Wu wound up outlasting all of them. CON would break apart under its own problems and the Autism of those who ran it, and Wu would go on to the big leagues in politics.
