Most of that sounds like you made it up, considering the person who created Three Portlands from what I can recall, but anomaly haven isn't inherently a bad concept.

They have a hub but I could never be bothered to actually read about it. It seems like it's tied up in a bunch of other lore that I don't want to spend time learning about.

It's such a weird power fantasy. The descriptions of violence are so brutal and disproportionate to what the supposed nazi apparently did. It wasn't even murder, it was straight up torturous.
