I guess Peetz has never heard of fylgia - while not necessarily a "spirit animal", it's in the same area of thought, aka personal spirits that often take the form of animals, and it's completely indigenous to a "white" culture, the Norse. It turns out that human beings come up with very similar ideas across different cultures that were developed completely independently of each other and it's not actually appropriation.

It's Peetz' fake intellectualism again. Like many SJW's, he tries to portray himself as a deep thinker who is smarter than the abject morons who disagree with his platitudes. I am amused also by his constant trolling of 81-year-old Chuck Norris, whom he repeatedly refers to as a "bitch". When people ask him why Norris is a bitch, he replies, "Because...he's a bitch! He's just....a bitch." If pressed on the issue more (because saying 'he's a bitch because he is a bitch' would fail a ten-year-old's critical reasoning), he will say "He's a bitch because...he is a right-wing asshole"
With Peetz, as with most low-grade, underachieving, poorly educated SJW's, toeing the party line is more important than logic or reasoning. Anything associated with white people, the United States, Christians, heterosexuality, capitalism, and any political belief to the right of those held by Bill Clinton is evil in and of itself. Right wingers are evil because they are right wingers. America is evil because it is America. Heterosexuals are evil because they aren't gender fluid. This is the deep thinking of Peetz. Fortunately, his only real audience is the fat, stinking, wheezing nutjob who steals his food and maxes out his credit card, and she considers him to be an absolute genius.
Whenever she asks him a specific question about anything though (except about comic books), his answer is always "I dunno". He doesn't know anything about history, culture, science, or government policy. He just knows that people who don't repeat the same platitudes he uses are evil and beneath him.
It would be funny if he weren't symptomatic of a new kind of ignorance that is sweeping the continent and is essentially a fascist think-as-I-do-or-fuck-you stance that is dangerous and a very real threat to the social fabric. So instead, his ignorant blatherings can be infuriating to a lot of normal people (normal people are evil, btw). Which might be his desire; he may have a need to infuriate others due to his own numerous shortcomings, That's a trait he shares with his obese BFF.
